*note: it took me 12hrs to make this. It is the most time consuming building I have ever build. While the design is actually simple, I almost did not use paint for this. Instead I’m using Felixander’s Paris Stone Block one by one for the walls.

Palace of Parliament
The Palace of Parliaments of Simparthia is perhaps one of the most magnificent building in Simparthia. Built in 1829, it took over 10 years to complete. The grand building is located in the banks of Wilburns River that connectin the City of Calibria to the Mares Sea. It is built entirely with a fine grey limestone, while the floor is using Italian marbles.
Perhaps the most famous feature of the building is the gilded dome. The original dome was made of bronze, but during the reign of Elizabeth of Simparthia, she donated her entire year salary to built the golden dome. Until 1992 visitor can climb to the dome area to enjoy magnificent view of the Wilburns. But since too many visitors endanger themselves by trying to climb up the column and try to touch the gold, as it is believed to bring luck, the government decided to close down the dome area for public.
Both houses of the Parliament (House of Nobles and House of Common) are working here. Every year, Simparthian Monarch will visit the House of Nobles to open the Parliament session of the year. The Procession to the open the session usually attract tens of thousands people flooding the route from Malborough Palace to the Palace of Parliaments. But although the Monarch visited the Palace of Parliaments every year, they were never allowed to enter the House of Common Great Hall. Making it the only place in Simparthia where the Monarch can’t go in.
