this year has definitely felt like three in one and its crazy bc I was happy in the first, anxious/nervous in the second, and straight up heart broken in the third and they’ve all changed me so much who am I now 

What is self healing supposed to look like? Does it mean taking myself out on mini dates or does it mean sitting in my room and crying for hours? What does it sound like and feel like? Am I supposed to be content with my self? Does it look like erasing over a hundred photos that don’t even have you in it, but remind me of you? Am I supposed to be writing in my journal every day about how sad I am until I am not? Do I drink the appropriate amount of water a human is supposed to consume? Does it mean going to the gym? Does it sound like a compilation of drama osts and sad songs playing? Am I supposed to be crying randomly? Or do I schedule in when to cry? Does it involve seeing a therapist who I feel like I am annoying even though it is their job? Am I supposed to be focused on myself only and not seek the companionship of others?
