It's wild to me how well Resident Evil Village works as a merger of RE4 and Silent Hill.

The whole story of Mother Miranda and Eva is a very well done RE twist on Dahlia and Alessa.

I love the similarities.

I hope the new SH games continue this story, or at least link back to it in some way. My main trepidation with SH2 getting remade and a film adaptation is that it's a nice side story, but I'm way more invested in the cult, Alessa, etc.
