Hey guys I’m back :)
I haven’t really been on my diet but I’ve been working out quite a bit so I haven’t gained any weight back thank god. However I am extremely bloated and ready to gradually get back to the weight loss. Time to drop another 10 🤌🏻 My goal is to be 162 by Christmas.

I am so behind I haven’t even properly been counting calories the past few days. It’s been a disaster lately I’m not even gonna lie. I’ve been drinking Starbucks like everyday and ordering takeout. I’ve gained a couple pounds back from what I’d lost. I’m so bloated I just wanna cry 24/7. Trying to think of a way to get out of this rut. I wanna fast but at the same time I hate fasting for more than 12 hours. Ughhhhhhhhhh

Shirts- I can be a small to a large depending on the brand but I do have bigger boobs so sometimes I have to wear a large for that reason
Pants- I’m usually a medium or large cause leg day is everyday LOL I’m an athlete so I have a lot of leg muscle. In jeans I’m usually a 6 or 8.
