I've been resource gathering for YEARS so now I am going to share my dragons hoard

Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.

Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.

Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.

Update: Steam recovered (never thought I'd say this, but thank god for paypal). Also furaffinity, so that's something. Nothing useful, but something.

All I have is what I have on my phone and tablet, so google, discord and tumblr. That's it.

See this is the downside of stopping to throw every doodle you make into the abyss of social media: ONE hard drive meltdown and you loose piles of stuff you never showed to anyone.

At least I JUST did a backup of all my art files from last year and backwards before things went south. That's something at least.

Marrgurs Coffin Nails

I'm currently revisiting my first and oldest headworld to develop its more neglected areas. The above scene depicts a landscape located in Felheart, the continent that formed from the body of Marrgur, god of night and darkness. In ancient times, the god sacrificed himself to close the main gateway to the realm of Demons. His body blocks the gate, and the other gods fused him to the planet itself to keep it closed. "Marrgurs Coffin Nails", giant stone spires scattered in a line acroos the middle of the continent, are remnants of the magic that the gods used to seal Marrgurs fate. The Coffin Nails create popular (but dangerous) race tracks for young Felguards, the wyvern riding guardians of Felheart and first line of defense again the smaller Demon Gates that pop up occasionally.

My PC is working again and I immediately went back on my bullshit (doing art)

Wanted to draw Bosh again after getting to play him a little more in the campaign. He has two braincells and eats handfuls of dirt for nourishment. I love him.

You know, being without my PC for a week now is not that bad. I did some art, got stuff done, and even got around to setting up my old Wii so I can play the game that gave me my weird phobia of deep water in videogames specifically (monster hunter tri)

I remembered that my new scanner lets me scan directly to my smartphone so you can enjoy this kitty manbeef in high quality. Or at least better quality than my phone camera could ever provide.

Claws of Malachite, or just Mal for short, is my Tabaxi monk. He is mute after a dragon slit his throat some years back, but that's ok he was never the type to talk much anyway. Getting close to death has had the side effect of making him somewhat clearvoyant tho.

His hobbies include fishing and making people uncomfortable by giving the impression that he somehow knows all their darkest secrets.
