Scales not moving despite eating in a significant deficit. Going to take some lax tomorrow and hope that moves things along. So far I’ve lost 1lb every other day but it’s way slower than I’d like.

Scales hadn’t moved this morning, I need to lose big time in the next couple of weeks so today is a big restrict day. Starting to notice my body becoming wobbly (gross) where I’m losing quicker than I have since I recovered so I’ve done 3 gym classes today and stepping up my walking.
