This is a bit of a random opinion but I see a lot of people tend to make Shun an introvert (took personalitydatabase as a main base) and while I agree he was really shy as a child he was really confident and more of an extravert in the show ? Especially in the first arc, I really don't see him as a shy guy he's just not really always excited like Seiya but I feel like he likes company way better than being alone in his corner... He's giving that guy who sits with you at lunch when he sees you're all alone and tries to talk idk, just a chill extravert !! (Also shy ≠ introvert but I think a lot of people are missing that, he was shy but liked company, he's not shy anymore but still likes company)

Well that happen to with a crack ship I did with Shiryu and character from a dead cartoon... that's why I been so quiet (and because school) I give them so much backstory and stuff that I feel like a balloon about to blow 😭

Personally I'm not a big crackship maker, I tend to really stick to pairings who stay within the same show/universe/timeline, but I definitely get the fun out of some crackships ! It reminds me of those Saint Seiya/Sailor Moon crossovers, they're so cute I like the cute 80' boys hanging out with the cute 80' girls ! Crackships aren't my chosen field but they can be fun and valid !

HONESTLY I'm not that big of a shipper myself even when sticking to the same universe lmaoo, I do have some ships I really care about, but if you compare to the AMOUNT of ships there is in the fandom I like maybe...a bit less than 10 out of everything ! I'm a really picky shipper with a tendency to hc a lot of characters aromantics lmaooo

• Ikki/Shiryu - Headcanon (Inspired by G Assassin Shiryu once again)

They often go to ramen restaurants together. As a restaurant owner Shiryu enjoys being served instead of serving sometimes tbh... But when he's too tired mentally to bring the whole gang he calls Ikki to go with him, it just. Hits different ? Sometimes Ikki comes to help in his restaurant when he has nothing better to do too !

I need to let it out, but genuinely, I need people who see the Bronzes as brothers because of the manga (which is totally ok btw) to leave alone people who don't and ship them I'm serious

In the anime there's zero mention of that, it's a different timeline (just like Omega and G Assassin are two differents futures for example) and it oftens happens with Hyoshun, which feels like it's because you guys dislike the ship in itself, so you take the manga excuse to shit on people. In the manga nothing was hinted towards hyoga and shun iirc (because they're brothers) in the anime, there's some underlying romantic stuff (because they're not brothers) MY GOD those people who are still arguing about this are so annoying (I mostly saw them on twitter tho Tumblr seems more chill and normal about it)

Visual is like, the pretty one, and maknae is the youngest, it's not exactly a position I like Seiya being the youngest ‼️

Shiryu as Hadès and How His Character Could Have Had More Screentime (this is going to be long and like...not even half of what I have to say sorry)

First of all : Shun is actually a good character for Hades, the whole kind guy turning into World's End Maker was a good plot twist BUT character wise he was already pretty central and full fleshed, Shiryu otherwise....erm (I rlly love Shiryu but he gets so bad/forgattable after Sanctuary...sick) + don't forget those are the main plotlines !!! I have a whole developpement in my head but you don't want to read a whole novel so please bear with me

I feel like he was tossed a bit of the side after the first arcs and it genuinely makes me sad, his character is a bit alike to Shun's on some points but except losing his sight every five episode well...he's not as well developped as Shun lmaoo 😭 that's why I believe it could have been interesting, even without the whole developpement points who are hard to add in a show like this, his character could have been a little more than what he is...Shun has a pretty shiny role, Seiya is the mc, Hyoga has a familial story or something like this every arc, and Ikki also has meaningful parts in fights/story, while I feel like Shiryu was often here because well he had to, but doesn't have a role that big (minus maybe in Asgard, but here he was a bit of an ass with fenrir for no reason so um 😭)

Anyway so ! First of all, Shiryu is the only one without a known family member (Seiya -> Seika, Shun -> Ikki, Hyoga -> his mom), no real backstory, nothing (thanks Ohko for trying at least, genuinely it made Shiryu's character rlly much cooler) so I decided to change it to give him at least something ! Also the necklace trope is also included but I won't extend myself on it, you guys know how it works

Changed his whole non existent backstory in the AU, basically, instead of being an orphan with the other kids, he would have been taken home by Dohko, who would have protected him from Pandora and Hades when his parents died from their attack (I always saw Shiryu as Chinese, I scrapped the whole brothers trope bc I don't like it + it's manga only) Dohko is a powerful Saint and could have done that.

I feel like he'd know Shiryu was like...different, his job is looking at the reincarnation of the Specters so yeah, he felt it. But killing a child, right after Athena was taken away and almost killed ? Yeah...no...he'd feel too bad, and would take Shiryu with him instead, keeping it to himself in hopes a good teaching and keeping an eye on him could prevent anything bad from happening (almost worked ig, oops)

It could make an interesting plot point with Shiryu and Dohko's dynamic, because as much as Shiryu likes him as a parental figure and master, he knows he's keeping secrets from him, and would feel some resent when learning about the truth y'know ??

After that it doesn't change much from the plot, except when it comes to dynamic within the Bronze group : Shiryu is sent to check what the hell is going on with the Galaxians Wars (a bit like Hyoga did in the manga), Ikki makes a whole ass mess, etc etc. Also it'd "explain" how Shiryu was so eager to end Ikki's life : he doesn't know him like the others do. For him he's just a threat to put an end to, which would be interesting dynamic wise too...Seiya would try to integrate him to the group, Shun, while understanding his view, would feel some kind of discomfort BEFORE trying to learn to know him better (I love their friendship srry), and I feel like he'd connect with Hyoga with the whole "My dad is a Gold Saint and while I love him well sometimes he tends to be a bit weird with me" and with Ikki I have a whole another plotline but I can't sum up that. This post is already long enough. Anyway the dynamics would have been changed and I think it's interesting to learn to know characters through someone who doesn't know them as much as they do know each other ?? Honestly most of the developpement is made in my head here are just the big lines

ANYWAY, back on track, nothing changes that much from the og anime before Hades (or it does change in my head because Shiryu was badly written in those ‼️or not written at all idk) and...yeah 😭 whole big mess...Dohko has to explain to Shiryu how and why he kept like...HUGE stuff from him all his life in order to protect him, also to Shion because "why the fuck didn't you say anything" (he cares for the kid and was afraid Sanctuary would take him from him), also I don't really remember how the whole Pandora plot point was made in the thread I made with the person on discord (sorry it was in march but I remember Pandora has a different plotline than in the og anime) but starting here it's just, yeah kinda the same I guess !! Except for the Ikki part/dynamic with Shiryu, but ONCE AGAIN it's a part of my Shiryu/Ikki plotpoint and it'd be too long (before some ask, YES, Ikki stops himself from killing him, because YES, Ikki cares about his friend group), also if it sounds silly sorry, but he sometimes (in the og anime) had a bit of extreme reactions, was willing to go pretty far to protect the people he cares about (Fenrir, Ikki...) and it could be a bit of a hint to his soul sometimes awakening to his Hadès self... He's not like, cruel or really mean, there's just sometimes something off about him, he sometimes "shifts" slightly and ppl can't really pinpoint what it is (not sure about this one does it make sense ???? Idk)

The most important parts of this AU are basically the developpement of his character through that "newcomer" lenses, learning to trust the others, and overall develop a more meaningful dynamic with them and giving him a bigger role !! I know it sounds a bit "Saint Seiya, everything is the same minus Shiryu is Hades" but there's more to that I swear, it's just hard to explain like this without making huge walls about dynamics

I really need to explain how interesting Saint Seiya could have been if Shiryu were Hades' host for his character because after Sanctuary they made my boy DIRTY, made a whole AU about it with someone on a server some months ago, never spoke about it while I should have...I swear it makes sense. Trust me

Really liked some colors ! The movie was pretty too watch honestly, the CGI wasn't the best but it was ok, when Nero/Ikki put his cloth on it was rlly cool to watch

Same vibes but fight choreographies were fun...a bit too much sometimes but pretty and cool to watch on screen !

Mackenyu was a good pick, the french version had rlly kitsch dialogues sometimes, but the actor fits for Seiya and I liked it

Tatsumi ig ?? 😭 Why do we went from worst character EVER to one of the coolest in the movie...idc abt Sienna ?? Just make a movie abt him damn

Bad points :

Ikki/Nero I'm sorry, but nothing fits, the actor pick, the personnality, he annoyed me all along since we don't know shit about his backstory he feels mean for the sake of being mean and annoyed the shit out of me all movie, his manners were so fucking CRINGE wish he died so I would have been free since Ikki is my fav ever in StS

No mention of the Sanctuary, I kinda get why but maybe they should have went with the first episodes with Ikki going mad at the tournament instead of whatever this was... No sorry the scenario feels kinda weak 💀 why did they forgave the woman who killed countless kids for their cosmo at the end

It feels too inspired by the Netflix series...Seika going Patricia, Ikki going Nero, and it's worse since Mitsumasa Kido is a white man named ALMAN guys fuck off 😭

I didn't get attached to Sienna at all, girl could have died i wouldn't have cared idk, plus I think the actress pick and makeup was pretty bad too

• Bronze Saints - Dance Skills Headcanon (? Girl, have normal hcs please)

Seiya : He sings well, but his dance skills kinda stop at Just Dance...he's a bit clumsy and has a hard time remembering choregraphy and all, he mostly does it for fun and doesn't care about being wrong

Shiryu : He's pretty flexible and remember/learns things easily, he would have a pretty energetic and really on point dance style and would overall think it's a fun activity ? He's naturally sporty too, it helps

Hyôga : He's reallyyyy good, but especially in gracious dances, his movements are slower and more gracious, so his energy hits a bit different in catchy and fast dances (not in a bad way)

Shun : He'd be good ! He's not as good as Shiryu when it comes to choregraphy but he's putting a lot of heart into it, and you see he's clearly loving it despite having less perfect movements than Hyôga or Shiryu

Ikki : You'll never see him on a dancefloor, and it's probably for the best tbh

• Seiya/Hyôga - Headcanon

Duck Saint jokes are a thing Seiya probably did, as he offers every year a duck plushie to Hyôga for his birthday. He acts like he's annoyed but actually enjoys the joke and loves his plush collection. They're all in his room at Saori's manor, so they have room for at least 30 years worth of birthday gift duck plushes

• Saint Seiya/HyoShun AU - Bad Ending AU (G Assassin Inspired)

\LIGHT GA SPOILERS/

Okay so ! It happens in an universe in which Hades wins. Well, he partly wins. In GA, Ikki was able to free a part of Shun's mind, using his Genma Ken : it creates a new kind of entity, partly Shun, partly Hades.

It is also inspired by a Hyoshun fanart from xena-ub-313 on Tumblr !! I'm too shy to tag her but her GA/Hyoshun art is adorable, follow her 🙏

Anyway !! As I was saying, Hades/Shun kinda realizes what happened : he killed all the other Bronzes Saints. A part of him accomplished his goal, but another part grieves the loss of his loved ones.

After witnessing everyone dead, he takes Hyôga's body in his arms, but a crazy idea comes to his mind : he can revive Athena's Saints and turn them into Specters.

Hyôga comes back to life, and Hades/Shun regrets his gesture and feels guilty, but a part of him also takes his revenge on Athena and her Saints. Hyôga is now just a puppet under his orders, alone.

They both struggle, shared between their love but also their hatred for each other, both despising a part of the other.

It doesn't end well (or does it ?), Shun's mind take over for a little bit and he asks Hyôga to kill him. Forced to order, and unable to live without Hades's powers, they're condemned, and they're crying, maybe tears of relief, for the first time in years.

Shun feels sorry and guilty for making Hyôga go through such a trial, but Hyôga tells him that despite the pain, he's glad he was able to not leave him alone with his own trial of being part Hades. They die in each other's arms, relieved to feel the pain end, together.

Okay I'm done !! Thank you for reading, it's my WORST AU, mind you I hate angst/hurt without comfort, major character death, and bad endings so I'm pretty much hurting myself too

Ever since he strangled himself when Hades possessed him, he doesn't stand having a physical contact with his neck, sudden contact with it tends to trigger panic attacks

He's totally her official babysitter and probably says yes to everything she asks (Shun really tries his best to not let Ikki and Hyôga spoil her too much fr)
