as much as I know the pattern and know that people see us (jews--and especially israelis) as subhuman, it's still incredibly difficult that we have video after video (and testimony after testimony) detailing how an absolutely horrific, barbaric, fully evil terrorist group raped, massacred, tortured, and mutilated us, and the next day, the world rejoiced. I have former "friends" who said that it was justified resistance. People I know who post or share information that is based on nothing but hundreds (or thousands) of years of blood libel with no regard for the consequences of doing so, and then--not only that--but go off and gaslight jews about our own culture. our own practices. our own beliefs. about what is and isn't jew-hatred. it is an absolute mind-fuck to see the sheer quantity of people engaging in this behavior, no matter how much historical precedent exists.

edit: plus -- do not get me started on the evangelism of antizionists who are absolutely gleeful in collecting their token jews they can throw up like talismans. your activism is a farce.

I just want to remind you that sometimes your life really doesn't begin until you are 26+... Romanticizing and obsessing over our youth is harmful. Growing up is beautiful. Discovering who you are and how you interact with the world is a gift. Maturing and learning what you truly want out of life and living in that purpose brings fulfillment and peace. Your life is not over in your early 20's because you haven't figured it out yet, it's just beginning.
