Colin Firth is really out here living his best life in 2018, swinging around on a boat to Dancing Queen and Titanic posing with Stellan Skarsgard on the prow and still ending up drenched in a body of water while wearing a white shirt because he respects his own legacy.

Can't Help Falling in Love chapter 3
Aubrey sat in the back of the café, waiting for Eva to show up. She hadn't see Eva in several weeks and this was definitely overdue. There was so much they needed to talk about. When she saw Eva, Aubrey stood up and get out a small wave. Eva made her way to Aubrey before pulling her into an embrace. "Missed you." Eva said as the two of them sat down. "How are you doing?" "Good for the most part. Things are good at the boutique." "Sherry let you run it for a while, didn't she? While she was gone for treatment." "Yeah. Some of the girls working there weren't too happy that I was basically their boss considering I am younger by at least five years." "How is your dad?" "Good, I guess." "Hear he popped the question to Ashley." "She's only like 5 years older than me. Its weird." "You can't help you fall in love with. Speaking of which, is there a guy in your life?" "Sort of. I'm kinda talking to someone." "Do tell." she said as the waitress came and took their orders. "What's his name?" "Erik." "As in Erik Jones? The boy your uncle hired?" Aubrey nodded. "I'm going to tell you to be careful." "I know. I am always careful." "Aubrey, I know you. I know you can take care of yourself. Just be aware that he might not be able in certain situations." "I'm just afraid I'm going to lead him on and..." "Hold on a second. Lead him on? Don't you like the boy?" "Yeah, but I don't do relationships. I can't." "Why not? Is it because of your dad?" "He is a factor, but I had a really bad experience with a guy back in high school. After that, I can't bring myself to enter into a relationship. Honestly, I'm fine with it." "What if Erik wants a relationship with you? What are you going to do then?" Aubrey shrugged her shoulders. The waitress came back with drinks. The women thanked her before she left. They sat in silence for a while before Eva spoke. "You know if things get bad, you can always come stay with me for a while." "Thanks. I appreciate the offer." they talked some more while the finished their drinks. The waitress came back with their check, which Eva took. Eva laid down some money before they left. "We will have to do this sooner next time, okay? I miss this."Eva said as she pulled Aubrey into a hug. Eva waved goodbye as she walked to her car. Aubrey pulled out her phone and dialed Erik's number. "Erik's phone, Chase speaking." "Is Erik there?" Aubrey asked as she got into her car. "Can I ask who is calling?" "Um, Aubrey." "Aunrry! How nice of you to call!" Aubrey then heard a struggle between Chase and Erik. "Why are you hanging out with Erik when you can have a real man, Aubrey?" Chase said before Erik grabbed his phone. "Sorry about him. I leave the room for one second and all three of them are trying to get into my phone." "Seeing if I'm sending you dirty messages?" Yeah cuz they can't get a girl themselves." Erik said loudly. Aubrey then heard a few muffled choice words from Chase, Bubba, and Ryan. "Are you doing anything the next two days?" "Nope, just planning to hang out with the three Stooges, why?" "My dad and Ashley are going to be out of town and I was wondering if you wanted to hang out? Watch movies and stuff." "Yeah, that would be great." Aubrey smiled. "Awesome. I'll see you tomorrow then?" "Yeah." Aubrey smiled. They talked for a few more minutes before they hung up. Aubrey was excited for the next two days.

Can't Help Falling in Love
Chapter two Aubrey couldn't have gotten home any faster than she did. She couldn't believe what happened. Ross had humiliated her in front of all of her friends. Sure, she was partly her own doing, but calling her a whore was crossing the line. Aubrey grabbed her bag and got out of her car. As she walked up to the front door, Aubrey heard a set of tires on her driveway and a pair of headlights shine up onto the outside walls of the house. Aubrey stopped and turned around to see who was there. It was Erik. "Aubrey!" "Go home, Erik." she said, turning away. Erik jogged up to her and grabbed her by the arm. "Erik..." "Why did you leave?" "You heard what he was saying. I'm a whore, remember?" "No, you're not." "Yes, I am. I'm 20 years old and I have had more sexual partners than I want to admit. Why would I think someone like you would go for someone like me." "Aubrey..." "I'm no good for you, Erik and I should have known that. Just go home." "I'm not going to go home, Aubrey. You're clearly upset, so I'm not going to leave you." Aubrey looked up at Erik, seeing that he was serious. "Do you want to come in?" Aubrey asked. Erik simply nodded his head. Aubrey opened the door and Erik followed her through it. "Hungry? Thirsty?" "I'm good." he said as the two of them heard footsteps coming down the stairs. It was Kurt. "I thought you were going to be at a party?" Kurt asked his daughter, his eyes never leaving Erik. "What is he doing here?" "The party was a bust, so I asked Erik if he wanted to hang out here. Is that okay?" "You’re 20, Aubrey. Technically, you can do whatever you want. You're an adult." "That's a first." she muttered before her and Erik walked passed Kurt. "If you even think about touching my daughter Jones, I will have Kyle pull you out of that truck." "Dad, if you wanna give out warnings like that, you should talk to your daughter. Not this guy." Aubrey said before dragging Erik up to her room. Once they were in her room, Aubrey plopped herself down on the bed. Erik closed the door before taking a look around. He couldn't say he's ever been in a girl's room before, so this was a first. "Is that chair hanging from the ceiling?" Erik asked, getting a laugh from Aubrey. Man, did he love her laugh. "Come lay down with me." Erik slowly crossed the room before sitting down on Aubrey's bed. "Take your shoes off." Erik kicked his shoes off before laying down. Aubrey laid down next to him, propping herself up on an elbow. Erik put a arm over his head while draping the other across his stomach. "Have you ever done something like this before, Erik?" she asked, lightly running her fingers across his hand. Erik looked up and over at her and shrugged. "What does that mean?" "Your question is kind of vague, Aubrey. What exactly entails 'something like this'?" Erik replied, getting a smile out of Aubrey. "Man, I love your smile." "You love my smile?" she asked, Erik nodding. "What else?" "Your laugh. It sounds so...innocent." "Erik, sweetheart, there ain't nothing innocent about me." Aubrey said with a smile. "There's another thing I love." "What?" "The way you smile. And your eyes. They aren't like your dad's or uncle's." he said. "I get them from my mom. Everything else about me is my dad. Dad said sometimes I act like Grandma Gaye." "There's something I want to do." Erik said. "What's that?" she asked. Instead of telling her, Erik leaned up, bringing his hand to the back of her neck to pull her close. Aubrey's eyes closed as soon as she felt Erik's lips on hers. It was a soft, sweet kiss; something that she hadn't felt in a long time. When she went to kiss back, Erik pulled away. "Sorry." he said, sitting up. "What are you sorry for, Erik? I wanted that. For a while now." Aubrey said, scooting closer to him. Erik looked over at her. "Even after hearing all the things you’ve done..." "That would make most guys run away." "I'm not most guys, Aubrey." he said quietly. "I should go." "Erik..." "I'll call you tomorrow, okay?" Aubrey just nodded. Erik leaned over and kissed her softly again. "Bye." Erik put his shoes on and left, leaving Aubrey sitting alone by herself. She changed into her pajamas before crawling into bed. After a while, Aubrey heard a soft knock on her bedroom door before her dad walked in. "Hey, dad." "What's going on with you and Jones?" "Nothing. We're just friends." Kurt gave her a look she had seen so many times in her life. "What?" "Aubrey, I know that you are an adult, but you're also my daughter. I just want what's best for you." "And I want what's best for you, dad." "You shouldn't have to worry about me." "But I do. With everything you've done and what we've been through..." "Aubrey..." "You haven't been the greatest role model." "I know." "Neither has uncle Kyle, but I've managed. I've gotten this far." It was silent for a while. "I miss Eva, honestly. I missed be able to talk to her about things like this. I couldn't talk to Patricia about things like this." "I know you do. I just..." "I'm having lunch with her tomorrow. Eva." Aubrey said. She knew she forgot to tell him about that. She watched the expression on his face change. "I've been doing it for a while now. I'm sorry if you're mad..." "I'm a little disappointed that you didn't tell me about these meetings." "I know you would have told me not to go. I need these talks with her. My mom kind of left me, you know." "You know there's Samantha..." "She's too busy with Brexton." she said, hoping her dad got the hint that she was done with this conversation. "You can talk to me, Aubrey." Aubrey just nodded. "I'm going to bed. Good night." Kurt placed a kiss on top of her head before leaving. Aubrey sighed before laying back down on her bed. Just when Aubrey was about to doze off, her phone buzzed from inside her bag. Aubrey got up and grabbed her phone. It was a message from Erik. She laid back down on her bed to read it. 'Can't wait to see you again. good night Aubrey.' Aubrey fell asleep with a smile on her face that night.

Can't Help Falling in Love
All Aubrey's ever been known for was being the daughter of 2004 NASCAR champion Kurt Busch. Maybe that's why she's always been a bit of a wild girl. Erik Jones was a bit of a newcomer to NASCAR, driving trucks for Aubrey's uncle Kyle. These two will find out that finding love isn't always in the placed you expect. Characters: Erik Jones, Kurt Busch, Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney, Darrell Wallace Jr., Ryan Reed, Kyle Busch ~~~~~~~ Aubrey looked over at her dad and his brand new fiance. She was young. Almost as young as Aubrey was. Kurt always tells people Aubrey was an 'oops' baby. She was born when Kurt was only seventeen, still in high school. Aubrey didn’t meet her dad until she was almost six, when Kurt was about to compete in the then Winston Cup Series. She had been with him ever since. His divorce with Eva was hard on Aubrey. Eva was like the mom she never really had. Kurt's relationship with Patricia was the scariest one she had witnessed. After a little while, Aubrey thought it was just going to be the two of them for a while. That's when he was introduced to Ashley. She was only a few years older than Aubrey, which made her uncomfortable. Aubrey looked up from her dinner plate and immediately wish she didn't. Her dad and Ashley were engaged in a make-out session. Right at the dinner table. Aubrey let out a low groan before returning her attention back to her food. "Do you have something to say?" Ashley asked, pulling her mouth away from Kurt's. Aubrey slowly looked back up at the pair. "Well?" "I think I just lost my appetite. May I be excused, dad?" Kurt just gave her a nod before she pushed her chair away from the table. Aubrey left the dining room in a hurry and took the stairs two at a time to her bedroom. she quickly shut the door before she had to listen to Ashley whine about how disrespectful Aubrey was to her all the time. Aubrey plopped down face first into her bed with a loud groan. She was just turning around when her phone chirped. It was from Ryan Blaney. 'Party at my place right NOW. Get your ass over here!' Aubrey quickly got off her bed with her phone in hand. She grabbed her bag and left her room. "Going to a party! Don't wait up!" Aubrey yelled as she got down the stairs. Aubrey quickly left the house before her dad could give her a lecture about partying with NASCAR drivers. It was a quick ride Ryan's, Aubrey using the back roads of course. There were at least a dozen cars parked in front of the house Ryan shared with Bubba Wallace and Chase Elliott. Aubrey always loved coming out to parties here. Aubrey hooked up with Ross Chastain at the beginning of summer. He was hot, but he wasn’t the greatest she's had. She would admit that she hadn't called him since the hook up. "My favorite Busch!" Ryan greeted her with as she walked into the house. "How was watching daddy suck face with your future mommy?" Ryan asked before Aubrey hit him in the gut. "The fuck, bro?" "I don't want to talk about those two, okay?" Ryan just nodded. "Good. Who throws a party on a weekday?" Aubrey asked as she watched Chase and Erik Jones battle each other in an intense Wii Boxing match. Aubrey always found Erik very cute, ever since Uncle Kyle signed him. "This crazy asshole does. Quit eyeing Jones like he's your next conquest." "I can't help it, Blaney. I like to have what I like." Aubrey said as Chase took Erik down. "Honestly, A, you could have any single guy at this party. Why him?" Aubrey just slightly shrugged her shoulders at Ryan as Erik turned his head towards the two of them. He looked at Aubrey before quickly turning away. "I'm going to go get something to drink." Aubrey said before disappearing into the kitchen. Aubrey opened the fridge to find nothing but beer. "Boys." she said to herself before rummaging through the cabinets for the hard stuff. "Aubrey Busch." Aubrey turned around with a smile to face him. "Erik Jones." "What are you doing in here?" he asked, watching her every move. He wouldn't easily admit that he had a slight crush on Aubrey. Okay, it was a huge crush. She was gorgeous. "Trying to make myself a drink, but all they seem to have is beer." Aubrey said, taking a step towards Erik. She could see his breathing hitch just slightly. That made her happy. Aubrey leaned over the island, resting her breasts on her folded arms. Erik glanced down for a split second before looking her in the eyes. "Like something you see, Erik? she asked, tilting her head to the side. I know what you use Ryan’s parties for, Aubrey." Erik said. "Whatever do you mean, Erik?" "Ross Chastain in June?" You really think I'm not smart?" "I know you have a crush on me, Erik." "So?" "Are you afraid to admit that you want me, Jones? I wouldn't be afraid to say I want you. Because I do." "Aubrey..." Erik watched her stand up straight before she walked towards him. Aubrey stopped just inches in front of him. She looked up at Erik as he looked down at her. "Tell me right now that you don't want me and I will leave you alone. I would be highly disappointed though." "Shit, Aubrey. You're making this so damn hard." "That's not all I want to make hard." she replied, completely closing the gap between the two of them. Aubrey put her hands on his hips, feeling him tense up. She let out a sideways smile when she felt Erik’s hands settle on her hips, his thumbs finding her bare skin. God, he loved the feel of her skin. "Can you two find somewhere other than my kitchen to feel each other up?" Bubba asked, causing the two of them to part. Erik made a quick exit from the kitchen before Aubrey gave Bubba a look. "He's not a piece of ass, Busch." Bubba said as he grabbed a beer out of the fridge. "I was so close on closing that one, Wallace." Aubrey said before leaving the kitchen. Erik was nowhere to be seen. "Shit." "Hey, Aubrey." Aubrey turned towards the voice. Ross Chastain. He was clearly well off. "Go away, Chastain." "You didn't call me after we hooked up." "And?" "I was hoping we could do it again?" Aubrey rolled her eyes. "What?" "I don't sleep with guys more than once. That's my rule." Ross put his hand on her waist, pulling her to him. "Can't you just make one exception for me?" he said, leaned over to place a kiss on her neck. "Leave me alone, Ross." she said, pushing him away. Ross stumbled a bit on his feet, almost falling over. "Take a hint, Chastain. Not. Interested." "Whatever. You're just a whore anyway." Ross quipped, his words stinging. "You weren't even that good anyway." "Fuck you, Chastain." "I already did that, Busch." Ross said loudly, grabbing the attention of almost everyone in the room. "That's right! I fucked Aubrey Busch! As has probably ten other guys have. I'm surprised I didn’t get anything from her." "Come on, Ross. That's enough." Ryan said. "No. I want everyone to know what this...bitch...does." "Ross, stop." Aubrey looked towards the voice. Never in a million years would she be seeing Erik Jones coming to her rescue. "Look, the kid is coming to the whore's rescue. How sweet." Ross said, laughing drunkenly. "Stay out of this, Jones. This has nothing to do with you." "Aubrey is my friend and you're hurting my friend. I'm going to need you to stop or I will have to hurt you." Aubrey put a hand on Erik's arm. Erik looked over at her. "He's not worth it." she said softly. "I'm just going to leave." "Yeah, do that. Leave you whore." he spat. Erik turned his attention back to drunken Ross. "Stop calling her a whore, Ross." "Why? Because she is one. Are you willing to get hurt for something like her?" Ross asked. "Yes." Erik said without a hesitation. Erik turned to look at Aubrey, but she was gone. Erik heard the front door open. She had left.
