Healing: If you’ve seen a healer recently or will need to see one soon, it’s very possible that she will be there. Souls & Spirituality: Having grown up in a traditional Hellsguard village, she believes strongly in guiding souls and helping the living with understanding spirituality. “I forgive you.”
“Forgive me? For what?” Ember had been relaxing at Dae’s clan’s house, feeling good and socializing with the others - something she’d been doing more often lately. But one look at Dae’s expression made Ember’s smile fade. In all seriousness, she knew exactly what she was being forgiven for. Everything. It wasn’t all that long ago that Ember had spilled all of her secrets to Dae, telling her every little thing she’d done that she felt deserved punishment or that stuck around in her head and created that feeling of loathing she had for herself. They hadn’t spoken too much after that, Ember essentially shutting down for days before she emerged from her room again.
Those three words were all it took for all of her emotions to well up once more. She didn’t have the strength to forgive herself yet, and being forgiven by someone she respected so much was... freeing. Ember stood and closed the distance between them, wrapping her arms around Dae despite neither of them being very physical - not in that way, at least. Ember’s eyes welled up with tears, a single drop escaping and leaving a trail down her cheek.
