i spent 3 weeks nailing down the midpoint upward trajectory on this book, which basically meant beating the shit out of the same 3 chapters over and over until my eyes bled
you run the real risk of overworking chapters like this, but sometimes you can just See what a chapter Should Be. not "maybe it could be better" but "i have a vision, and this WILL be better"
so this time it was totally worth it.
ANYway this book isn't going to be done in 3 months obviously
unless...
unless someone maybe does less killing and more sexy?
