Work from home set up 💙 Life has been pretty crazy lately. So many opportunities have come up in the past 45 days that I need to pinch myself and stay as grounded as possible 🥹🤌🏻 Some days I find myself working hard and getting into hermit mode before crashing the following day. I am consuming more coffee than usual which is atypical for this tea lover 🤪☕️ Trying to get into a sustainable “groove” is my current focus as I work on all things Relke Fitness 💪🏼 From in-person training and the fitness app to upcoming collaborations - there’s a lot to be excited about 💙
