Mmm. To me, it seems rather preposterous that anybody would even attempt to eat Mora.
In order to break it down for digestion, it would need to be in little pieces and treated by saliva— and it is nearly impossible for the average mortal to even begin biting into a coin.
They are made of precious metals, after all~
And, to avoid biting it… well, have you seen the size of the coins? Attempting to swallow such a thing would result in asphyxiation and a prompt fatality.
Besides, most metals rust, and rust ingested into one’s body is an almost certain way to become infected with tetanus.
My final diagnosis? 1 out of 10. Eating Mora is highly unrecommended unless one happens to be of ‘proper’ quite inhuman genetics.

Oh, believe it or not… it is not particularly a threat I throw around often.
It is instead reserved for special people— people who are fully aware of my the Doctor’s capabilities.
