after the competition, will you do honorable mentions of the people who made the best posts, judged by quality and not by how many they posted?
That’s a good idea! I think we might! (Though to be clear. We do points based on the quantity AND quality. So people get top points if they have 8+ gifs that have good coloring and sharpening. So the top players you see are posting a lot of quality gifs every day.) But yes I think we can do this for those who don’t have time to post as many gifs as they’d like! I’ll bring it up to the other admins!

For not broadway week, do shows that never made it to broadway count as well?
Yes! So like regional stuff, off broadway stuff! For example, the last five years would count for the first three days despite not going to broadway. But the last three days have to be about shows AFTER the broadway run. I hope that makes sense!

Will you do this again? I didn't sign up this time, but would love to join next time
Our hope is to make this a twice a year project! Once in the summer and once during winter break (basically right after christmas) so that way if you were busy during one season, you could catch the next! We’re also looking to fix the kinks from this year so we’ll be putting out a survey in the next few days to see what should stay and what should be fixed!

Foreign musicals count! Just decide which day it falls under! Like newsies is now doing an Italian Newsies run soon. So that would fall under post-broadway :)

so you make a not broadway week... and it's still focused on broadway? come on. curious incident west end wasn't 'pre-broadway', this wasn't a try-out run. and then you have shows who didn't have a broadway run on your list! like, i don't know if this just doesn't make sense or if the wording is poor, but... this doesn't make a lot of sense, if any at all. and 'post broadway'??? why is this so broadway centric?????????? i don't mean to sound rude but this is just poorly worded
“Why is this so broadway centric” you say to a projectbroadway competition? As stated in the graphics, for the first three days anything before a broadway run counts, whether it goes to broadway or not. This includes ALL west end productions before the broadway transfer, which is why curious incident counts. Other shows like charlie in the chocolate factory count as well, despite the fact that it hasn’t gone to broadway. Post broadway includes tours, west end transfers, and international productions after a broadway run. To showcase what happens to the production after broadway. This won by a landslide in the polls, so I’m sorry if you aren’t happy with it but majority of all team members are and have voted for it.

As this is ‘not broadway’ week, you cannot post broadway stuff.
Make sure you tag your posts with your team tag and ‘projectbway’
In order to count toward your teams points the content must relate to this week theme.
You can pick more than one show/person per challenge
You can repeat a challenge but use it with a different show/person
Remember that you can post as much as you want, there is no limit.
You can submit any original content that fits with the day’s challenge. Anything from fan art, to gifs, to edits & photos.
You are encouraged to talk amongst your team but content should be posted individually.
