DO NOT DO THIS!!!
If a website has a paywall, like New York Times, DO NOT use the ctrl+A shortcut then the ctrl+c shortcut as fast as you can because then you may accidentally copy the entire article before the paywall comes up. And definitely don't do ctrl+v into the next google doc or whatever you open because then you will accidentally paste the entire article into a google doc or something!!!! I repeat DO NOT do this because it is piracy which is absolutely totally wrong!!!

Can you please explain tweek’s personality because he’s so varied in the fandom I don’t even remember what is canon and what is fanon
ok so im going to be as factual as I possibly can, but the thing here is that every person’s interpretations and opinions on a character are always going to be somewhat bias. that out of the way, some main bullet points when I think about tweek:
A strong fighter but not inclined to violence: he’s willing to stand up for himself when necessary but doesn’t seek out a fight. Do no harm but take no shit sort of personality. Very good at it though when he does engage, easily keeps up with Craig (who is more inclined to fighting and does it more often).
Spiritual soul: Tweek can be considered Buddhist according to his FBW character sheet and hints within the show (Free Hat, for example, when he’s shown meditating). He likes to feel grounded and centered, especially when anxious.
Wears his heart on his sleeve: Tweek is not afraid to express himself, and is a very opinionated kid. When he likes or doesn’t like something he will make sure you know exactly how he’s feeling. That especially applies to his relationship with Craig– he values communication, and tries his best to be empathetic to others and their needs. If his anxiety allows it, he tends to put others first. Has cried a couple times in canon because of frustration and/or seeing others be hurt (example being SOT when he’s crying in the school lunchroom because all his friends are “killed”.)
Smart and curious, but cautious: Tweek tends to ask a lot of questions (he reminds me of some kids I teach ahah) and is genuinely a very intelligent character. He’s got good critical thinking skills and can analyze a situation easily. He’s very careful with his choices, though, which can be both a positive and negative trait, as it holds him back but also keeps him safe from the main 4′s wild antics.
Likes to work with his hands: Tweek’s room has a variety of toys involving creativity and building, such as legos, kinex, models, etc. He also seems to have an inclination for baking but that might be due to him growing up in the coffee shop.
Is canonically involved in the trade of drugs, if not consumes them: SOT makes it clear that Tweek picks up the drugs for the shop’s coffee, and he’s aware of it. While it’s never explicitly stated that Tweek drinks the meth coffee, it’s implied, but this is disputable. This isn’t exactly a personality trait but it could affect how you portray him.
Highly anxious and paranoid personality: Tweek tends to overthink and spiral into a series of “what ifs” in unfamiliar situations. While no canon diagnosis outside of “ADD” is stated, this is largely pointed at being a ruse for bad parenting. Constantly thinks things are out to get him, or outcomes will harm him or people he cares about.
Can be considered to be abused, has many childhood ACEs markers: You can read my essay on that HERE because it’s too complicated to break down here.
Inclined to choose ranged fighter-types: Now this is interesting to me…. between FBW, SOT and PD, Tweek’s always a ranged attacker, choosing to not engage in direct combat.
Tiny chubby boy: Canonly weighs more than Craig, and his character model shows a bit of chub unseen on other boys (Evidence) (Evidence) Tweek is also not the shortest character model but has shorter legs; Implied to be because of his heavy coffee intake (Evidence) I wish i had my full lineup of kids but i fucking lost it again asdfgh
Spunky and sassy: He’s got opinions and thoughts and you’d better listen to them! Likes to snort and roll his eyes at stupid shit.
