ahhhhhhhh the trailer for the next How To Train Your Dragon movie came out and I HAD to make this girl right away! <3 Unlimited preorders for her are open here: https://magnastorm.deviantart.com/art/Light-Fury-preorders-open-748836753 The Light Fury is made to match my previous Toothless/Night Fury plush so she's the same size as him and all (33" long and 36" wingspan), with wired wings and machine embroidered eyes on shannon minky as usual.

I'm so happy with how this plush turned out!! Getting every details right took a while but it was all worth it <3 Cotton the Minkin is made out of custom printed minky that I designed and got printed through spoonflower. His tail is wired, he has satin ribbon details and the cutest rounded belly (that's unfortunately super hard to capture in pictures alone). Cotton belongs to toyfrnd

Finally another commission done! I'm down to the last few commissions on my list, but two of them are huge ones so it'll still be some time before I re-open again Chibi Bahamut measures about 10" tall and is made out of minky with machine embroidered details as usual. His wings are also wired so they're super fun to pose~

Current record holder for "omg why did this take so long to make???"  It was definitely all worth it though, I'm in love with how she turned out! <3 Daine measures 18" from front paw to back paw, or 28" including her tail when straightened out. Her wingspan is about 24" when straightened out and I figured out a way to make them extra solid so they pose super well! She features a ton of machine embroidered and applique details, as well as some airbrushed markings on her wings. As always, she's made out of minky with faux fur details. Art vs artist, 2018 edition! Plushies and artwork because I can't be bothered to make two memes lol. Honestly, I’ve been pretty happy with my work lately. ;w;  I’ve been trying new things and learning new techniques for both artwork and crafts and I can’t wait to do more!

I was super happy to be asked to make a Veemon! I had made one yeaaaaaars ago so it was really fun revisiting the character. The super cute expression was definitely a bonus! Veemon measures about 12" tall from head to ground. He's made out of minky with machine embroidered and applique details. His arms are very floppy and make him super huggable <3

I've had these two made for some time now but they're finally available through my shop! http://plushiluv.storenvy.com/  More pictures there too I try to not buy fabric, especially fur, on impulse but I couldn't resist this pastel rainbow stuff! These lions were entirely designed around the fur ahah Both Lions have the same body but different styles of faces because I couldn't pick just one. They're both 7" tall and the flat nosed one is also 7" long while the big nosed one is 9" long, not including the tail. They are both made from minky with machine embroidered faces and super soft faux fur manes.

Final Fantasy IX is, by far, my favorite game of all time for the simple fact that it was my first full scale rpg. So when I was asked to make FF IX’s Bahamut in a chibi style I was ecstatic! In total he measures about 35″ when straightened out and is made out of super soft minky as usual

As always I’ve got tons of plush work to upload here! I really should start scheduling posts ahah. Anyways here’s a super cute, extra mischievous Shiny Shinx I got to make around the end of 2017! I’m super happy with the outcome of this plush <3 Shinx is just under 12″ tall and is made out of minky with machine embroidered eyes. His removable vampire cape is satin.

aaaand one last meme! This is the first year I can fill this one completely! Technically I started making plushies in 2004 but I was making them so sporadically that I couldn't fill every year. You can see all my plushies pre-dating this meme here though- First plushies Education-wise I went to animation school between 2009-2011, then I did one semester of fashion school before quitting very first thing in 2012. I started taking plush commissions in 2010 and spent every bit of spare time I had between school work working on them. I quit fashion school in 2012 because I didn't see it serving me any good and by this point demand for my work had grown enough for me to take my first shaky steps into self-employment. It took a while before that started being viable though, and I only really started making a proper living wage in 2016 (yep you read that right). I hope you guys enjoy this look back on my work! I certainly had a lot of fun piecing this together and seeing how my work has evolved

It’s yearly meme time! I got to work on a great variety of projects this year, and I also got to try out a lot of new techniques and materials! Looking forward to 2018!
