Hello!

With the implosion of other social media sites recently, I thought I'd establish a presence here and try this place out. If we've met on other sites, hello again! If you're new to my work, allow me to give a quick intro.

I specialize in realistic, floppy, poseable plush made with faux fur fabrics. I've been making plush since childhood, but I've been working with faux fur since 2014. My favorites to make are canines, felines, and mustelids, but I make all sorts of wildlife.

I'm an animal nerd and love to create true-to-life, life-size replicas of real species and natural color variations, but I do stray from realism from time to time! I really love fantasy as well. My plush-making journey started out with dragons after all, and someday I'll get back into making them.

The resurrection of the Teacup Demon pup pattern is complete! I remember how to make them after a day of messing around. Now you can customize your own little tiny hellion.

Everyone seems to really like my Gangle plushie, so here are some behind-the-scenes pics!

She has a skeleton made of aluminum armature wire, which I wrapped with sports tape (for better adhesion) and then covered with sheet foam. I sewed minky fabric over that, which I cut based on measurements, and pretty much only used a pattern for the face.

Her removable comedy mask took a couple tries to figure out, but it attaches with a thin strip of velcro. I really wanted to embroider her eyes, but that’s a skill I don’t have and my attempt came out pretty badly, so I cut black minky to size and hand-sewed it in. But, I did successfully embroider her teardrops!
