Info about builds

Hello everyone, I’ve just logged into my account after a long time. I’ve seen people asking about my build downloads. I can’t update it myself right now, but because they were made a while ago you will have to run a batch fix with Sims4Studio on the cc that comes with them before starting up your game (especially windows/doors). Please be aware that otherwise your game will probably crash if you try to place it.

This year has been so hard for Black people (especially my african-american brothers & sisters), I don’t even know what to say.

We’ve had civil unrest (for our right to be treated equally), the pandemic affecting POC (especially black people) disproprotonately, all the black people who’ve been harassed for protesting, who’ve been stopped and searched unlawfully, arrested & killed by the police, all the black people who “hung themselves” randomly, the black people in Libya who are being exploited and sold into human trafficking, the black maids in Beirut abandoned after the explosions, the black disabled boy killed by police in SA today, and many many other injustices that have happened to black people over the last 8 months (and over human history), it’s so fucking much. There’s only so much trauma the body is built to absorb - to see people who look like you suffering all over the world, I can’t explain how devastating and debilitating it is.

But, above all of this, I’m so proud of black people as a race, we’ve been through so so much but yet we continue to rise and better ourselves and come out on the other side stronger.

We can get through this.

No one asked for my opinion but that has literally never stopped me.

Twitter is limiting on what you can fit into a reply but there are so many other wonderful, beautiful, unapologetically BLACK creators that deserve credit for their fight the last 6 years. The fact that it took High Value™ white simmers speaking up for The Sims to do anything is downright embarrassing. And the fact that they’re being seen as the driving forces behind this? Fuck that.

Of course this isn’t to say I’m not thankful change is happening. I am fucking thrilled for better representation! But the journey to get here has been extremely disappointing and telling of The Sims and their views on “diversity”, and the process of this happening has been a double edged sword.

Hi everyone! Today I am proud to bring to you: my high-end boutique ‘The Fashion Factory’. I would like to thank all of my followers for supporting me and downloading my content. I wanted to upload this build as a little gift to all of you.

About this build:

20x20 lot

Requires Discover University, Seasons, City Living, Get To Work and Spa Day.

Must use bb.moveobjects cheat before placing down the lot.

There’s also a little employee area with a kitchen, table and bathroom that I didn’t include in the pictures.

OPTIONAL MODS FOR BETTER GAMEPLAY (not included):

Gender & more lot trait by LittleMsSam here: I used this as one of the lot traits. It allows you to select which sims are not allowed to enter by clicking on the door (e.g. children, paparazzi, celebs..) to improve the functionality of the store and give it a more realistic feel (no children shopping alone in an expensive boutique).

Retail overhaul by LittleMsSam here: hire certain employees and an overall better gameplay experience when playing with stores.
