Could you write Vash's s/o having a reputation for being "creepy and offputting" and they use that to their advantage during combat situations or as an alternate way of deescalating conflict before it happens (think something like "Total Slaughter" but actually effective lol). They don't mean to come across as creepy most of the time, but they just can't help it and it bothers them just a little, but they're happy the perception helps when it does. Hope this made sense!
First of all, I don’t think Vash would ever perceive you as ‘creepy’ or ‘off-putting’.
But hey! If it works for you it works for you!
He’s very impressed with how you manage to deescalate situations with your demeanor, he’d like to learn a thing or two from you.
You start trying to teach him. It makes you feel a bit better to see him admiring your ‘creepiness’ so much.
Maybe you gave him the idea for ‘Total Slaughter’. Not your fault it didn’t work. He’s just not as scary as you.
However, considering he is Vash the Stampede, he gets what it’s like to have a reputation that doesn’t match who you are as a person, so he can relate to you there, and he tries to tell you not to let it get to you too badly.
All in all, you understand each other really well because you can really relate to each other.
He honestly finds your ‘creepiness’ really charming and cute. He likes it. He thinks it suits you, in a flattering way.
And you’re happy to use your abilities if it benefits the team.

Another for the father Vash saga, he'd totally be a major girl dad if he had a daughter. Could you please write headcanons about him playing with and doting on his little girl?
Yessss Vash as a girl dad, I love it!
Imagine him doing his daughter’s hair, brushing it out, braiding it or putting it up into ponytails.
He’d definitely let her paint his nails. Bonus points if him and his daughter do matching nails.
He’s very good at tea parties. The tea party master, even.
They play House together a lot. It’s one of their personal favorites.
Yes, he would absolutely dote on and spoil his little girl.
She’s spoiled, but still very sweet and gentle, like her father.
Vash would do Anything to keep her safe and protected. He’s a great father to her, and she has nothing to fear with Dad around.

I wanna combine both of the "dad Vash" things I've seen on your blog, about the twins and the kid Vash found. Maybe the kid hears noises from the guest room while Vash and Spouse are in another part of the house, and he goes to investigate only to find the twins room? Something like that I guess. I don't know where I'm going with this. I hope you have an easier time thinking of a scenario for it than I am lol.
I think I get what you’re going for.
I don’t really have a Scenario so much as. Basic thoughts on the matter lolol hope that’s okay.
So you guys meet and take in this little orphan boy, right? Shortly after you get the twins.
And he’s all excited, thinking he’s found a new home, but oh no!
You already have kids.
He stumbles upon them while exploring the house, after you give him the go ahead to look around.
And Vash is so excited to introduce his kids to this new one, but the whole time this little kid feels so afraid and betrayed, thinking that he hasn’t actually found a home.
But then it turns out you guys DO a want to adopt him. There’s room in your heart for more than just the twins.

“Please…please stop! Just leave him alone!”
Vash is huddled on the ground, not even trying to fight back, just sitting there and taking the beating from the mob while you try and fight through the crowd to make it to him.
“Please stop! Don’t hurt him!”
You can see his lip is bleeding, badly, once you make it to the center of the mob, the source of the hatred. He’s not moving, his eyes are shut, until he hears your screaming.
“Leave him alone!”
He looks up at you.
“No, y/n stay back!”
You don’t listen.
You spread your arms and leap on top of him, covering his face and neck with your body, and you take a sharp kick to the face and to your back and arms. The crowd won’t stop.
You hear them telling you to move, to get away from that…that FREAK, but you’re not listening to anyone.
They try to pry you off of him and you scream no and cover him protectively again after wiggling out of their grasp.
“Just leave us alone!” you shout again, thinking it would be futile, but willing to take the beating if it meant keeping Vash safe.
You feel a few more sharp kicks to your back and you yelp in pain and eventually the crowd decide it’s pointless to try and get you away from him.
“Fine.” You hear a man spit out. “But it’s your funeral if you want to associate with that MONSTER.”
You don’t have any sort of retort, your body is stinging but all that’s on your mind is Vash.
“Vash…you okay?”
Vash looks up at you, not necessarily angrily, but not happily either. “What were you THINKING?” he demands. “You could’ve gotten yourself KILLED!”
“Vash….” You sit back on your knees, letting him sit up. “I’m sorry but I had to.”
“Y/n…” he looks more…sad now. More scared. “I can’t let you do that. Please. Just let me take it…”
“I can’t just stand by and watch them hurt you….”
“Then close your eyes!”
“Vash!”
He stumbles to his feet, still suffering from his own injuries.
“I’m serious,” he says. “Don’t do that anymore.”
But you’re more terrified of the implications that this will happen again.
“I can’t promise that. You know I care about you too much to just-”
“I know…I know…please…try to understand that the trouble isn’t meant for you though, and next time you might not get so lucky, y/n.”
“I understand. You’re worth the risk.”
This shakes him up a bit.
He doesn’t know how to respond, you’re clearly determined to continue throwing yourself in danger because he’s worth something in your eyes.
“Don’t say that…” he finally manages. “Now c’mon…let’s go get you patched up…”
He helps you to your feet, and you lean against him as you search the town for a doctor willing to help the lover of Vash the Stampede.

Beep beep it's angsty time! Can I get a Vash x Reader (one-shot or headcanons whatever you feel is best for this) where his partner has abandonment issues and the first time he hints at/tries to leave them behind ("for their safety" as he reasoned) they freak out. Not like a violent freak out, more like panic attack and quick downward mental spiral freak out. He ends up calming them down tho and slowly winning their trust back (cuz now they're so scared he's gonna leave in the middle of the night) and it's bittersweet but they're gonna be OK in the end.

yes, Vash is absolutely someone who would try to push you away, or leave you behind if you will, if it meant keeping you safe.
He’s dangerous. He knows this.
Of course he doesn’t mean to send you into a panic attack the first time…it breaks his heart to see you panicking after he suggests he has to leave you behind for a bit.
He really felt he had no choice but to leave you behind, but after seeing how you reacted, and learning about your abandonment issues, he realizes that it’s probably a lot better for you if he stays.
It takes a while for him to earn your trust back. He PROMISES you he’s not going to sneak out in the middle of the night or anything, but it takes time before you believe him.
Finally, after a tear filled conversation, he promises to let you in more, about the dangers he’s facing, when he might need to put some space between the two of you for your safety…stuff like that.
You want him to know he’s never alone.
And he wants you to feel that way too.
You’ll be okay in the end.

He listens so intently, nodding along as you talk, indicating that he’s listening.
and then suddenly you just…clam up.
You apologize for talking too much and he just…looks at you with wide blue eyes for a second.
“What? No I don’t mind…keep talking, please!” he insists.
He’s so sweet. He genuinely wants you to keep talking.
He practically begs you to keep rambling so he can listen to you.
he finds it a very good bonding experience when he gets to listen to you talk, so he’ll always encourage you to talk to him.
Eventually he convinces you that it’s okay to keep talking about your interests. You appreciate his encouragement. He makes you feel more…secure about what you like to talk about.

“Y/n! Y/n!”
All you knew was that you were trapped in a nightmare, not that you were shaking and shuddering in your sleep, sobbing your eyes out, waking up your husband, Vash, with a terrible start.
Your eyes snap open at the sound of your name being screamed, and you quickly sit up in bed, gripping at his shirt desperately, looking for something to hang on to.
“Hey, hey, y/n, it’s okay! Another nightmare?”
You bury your face into the crook of his neck and nod, your tears hot and rolling down your cheeks.
“A bad one?” Like he needs to ask.
You nod.
“A terrible one.”
“Oh, y/n…I’m so sorry…” he rubs your back gently, careful to not hold you too tight, but just the right amount. “It’s going to be okay. It was just a dream.”
“I know…I know…” you stammer out, burying your face deeper into his neck. “It just…seemed so real…” you cry out a little bit.
“I hear you…those nightmares, they can be brutal…”
You nod again. “I’m sorry. I’m sorry for waking you up, Vash…”
“No, don’t apologize it’s okay!” He’s serious, you can tell. “I don’t mind being woken up if it’s for you.”
“Vash…”
“What do you need? Want me to make you some tea?”
“Yes, yes please…”
He gets up and a moment later he returns with a teacup of steaming, sweet tea.
“Now, do you wanna talk about it, or just enjoy the tea?” he asks as you take the teacup from him.
You think for a moment. “I would just like to enjoy the tea,” you admit.
“Okay. Enjoy,” he says softly, and you sip the tea and it tastes warm and comforting, just like the man who gave it to you.
Vash puts an arm around you, holds you close while you drink the tea.
He stays up with you until you’re ready to fall back asleep, and he holds you close throughout the night, in case you have another nightmare.

-Platonic Wolfwood-
Wolfwood is the type who can get really really friendly with you, without necessarily trusting you.
So when he does finally trust you, you notice the change in his behavior.
He’s a little bit more honest about how he’s feeling and such, but don’t expect him to tell you his past.
Like I said before, he gives good advice, but tends to not follow his own wise words.
The type who is very open and honest with how he initially felt about you.
Also like I said before, he likes to tease you playfully. He never really means to hurt your feelings or anything like that.
Once you’ve reached that trust level with him, he’s serious about you coming to him when you need any help.
He’s genuinely excited to introduce you to his orphanage kids.
He’s so proud of his orphanage. And he’s eager to share that with you.
Wolfwood is very loyal to you. He would do just about anything to keep you safe.

Can you do a Vash x Reader comfort where they are upset and having a bit of a panic attack and Vash finds them and him being him he does the forehead thing to help them because he knows it helps calm plants down so it must work for humans too! Fjfjffdhxhdhhddh

Alright! Thank you for the request!
You can feel it, the panic rising in your chest, your breath shortening and shortening til you can hardly breathe.
You grab your head and bury your face into your knees, curling up against the wall, feeling the world closing in around you.
The door swings open. You think? It’s hard to tell. And a second later, a flash of red appears in front of you, and a familiar voice is saying your name.
Vash.
He kneels down in front of you, rubs your arms.
“Y/n…y/n, are you okay?!”
All you manage to do is shake your head.
You’re struggling to breathe, he can tell, he’s saying your name, over and over, getting closer and closer until his forehead is an inch from yours.
“I’m so sorry, y/n…please be okay…” he says, pressing his forehead against yours.
You’re breathing hard, unsteadily, but the sudden touch makes the breath completely catch in your throat for just a moment.
He presses his forehead a little harder against yours.
“Just breathe…” he says. And you comply, taking a deep breath, feeling a warmth spreading through your body.
“That’s it…” he says. “Just like that…”
He rubs your arms up and down with his hands, not moving his forehead from his spot pressed against yours.
You catch your breath, feel it return to you. Your body relaxes a little bit.
“Vash…
Thank you…”
He doesn’t respond, just presses his forehead against yours a little more.
“Feeling better?” he asks after a few moments, and you nod.
He finally lets you go, leans back and smiles at you.
“Good! Y’know, next time you should just come straight to me, yeah?”
You can’t help but agree. To be honest he was remarkably calming to be with, especially in that moment. You’re not entirely sure what he did but you wouldn’t object to him doing it again next time you feel a panic coming on.
“Sure, Vash,” you agree, smiling at him. Gosh his smile was so contagious, even just after a panic attack he knew how to make you smile with just his words.
“Do you need me to stay here with you a little longer?” he asks.
And you nod.
Vash takes your hand, adjusts himself
comfortably against the wall, next to you, and lets you place your head on his shoulder.

Vash is very gentle and soft with you.
which you can’t help but find strange, and alarming even.
you’re just not used to it.
but he doesn’t even think anything of it when he’s soft and gentle and kind toward you. It’s just in his nature to be that way. Especially towards someone he loves.
so when he finds out you’re not used to that sort of thing, he’s kinda heartbroken.
he’s determined to make you feel loved and appreciated.
he goes the extra mile to be soft and gentle with you, and encourages the others to be especially nice to you as well so you can get used to the feeling.
he really really REALLY wants you to know how loved and valued you are. And he’ll do everything in his power to make you feel that way.
he gets upset even imagining someone like you not being treated well. He might go into little rants about it.
but you assure him you feel loved and appreciated now, and it calms him right down.
He started by giving you little “kindness classes” where he was especially kind and considerate with you, so you can experience what it feels like.

As someone with chronic nightmares, I appreciate this ask, thank you!
-Vash x reader who has frequent nightmares
-His eyes get so big and watery when you tell him about your frequent nightmares, and how it’s difficult to sleep sometimes because of them.
-He wants to know what he can do to help you!
-So often times he’ll just stay up with you until you’re ready to fall asleep, and his door is always open in case you need to come see him after a nightmare.
-It literally doesn’t bother him at all when he can tell the knock on his door at 3 in the morning is you.
-He’ll let you in, you’ll hang out for a bit, maybe tell him about your nightmare, and then go back to sleep or stay awake with him til morning.
-He gives you the biggest, best hugs when you come to him after a nightmare. He thanks you for trusting him to take care of you, it’s all very dramatic and sweet.
-He’ll sometimes sing and stroke your hair when you come to him in a rush after a particularly bad nightmare.
-You’ll be crying into his shirt, when suddenly he’s running his fingers through your hair and singing a familiar song.
-He’s surprisingly calming and relaxing to be around when he wants to be.

I have a new angle to suggest for Dad Vash. What if he and reader just took in a random, orphaned kid who stumbled onto their property one day?
Oh my gosh oh my gosh!
Vash totally would.
you’ll be doing chores around the house when he suddenly comes in, a bundle in his arms and it’s a little orphan boy.
You guys get him cleaned up, tuck him to bed in your guest bedroom, and Vash immediately turns excited eyes to you.
“Let’s keep him!”
Vash always wanted kids, and now one has literally come to him.
He somehow manages to convince you to adopt, and you’re glad you did.
Kid doesn’t even have a name. I imagine you name him “Nicholas,” in honor of Wolfwood.
Vash is so, so happy to be a father. Even with his romanticized view of parenthood, he’s still a great, natural dad to the kid.
