ALSO as a note, Fugo *would* sacrifice himself for the sake of others too, as seen in the Mirror World--it was a situation in which that was his *only choice* to protect others. He chose death over ratting on his friends.

Fugo's not a coward, he's just bewildered by the fact that, in the scenario where everyone *had a choice* to remain safe, they all chose to endanger their lives and family for "some girl they just met" instead.

It sounds petty, but who was our torture dance trio? Who bought a radio and bugged Mista with loud music? Who had headphones on in the restaurant where we met the team?

They knew each other's taste in music. The torture dance soundtrack is called Canzoni Preferite -> literally "Favourite Songs." They were a family.

Fugo sees himself as a disgusting and ugly creature and views Giorno as a sort of deity to admire, to live for, to learn to love and trust. Giorno inspires Fugo to dream, move forward, and be unapologetic for embracing himself. Meanwhile, Giorno thinks of himself as nothing special, personality-wise, and views Fugo as the most beautiful manifestation of how emotions and logic can coexist as a single human being. Fugo inspires Giorno to appreciate the present and to give into more of his childish impulses. They both help each other learn to be the kids they never got to grow up as, in a world as rough as theirs.

i’ll go first- after warming up to giorno, fugo becomes a koala and will sit on top of giorno and hug him whenever he can. giorno decides to start working on the couch instead of at his desk because he knows fugo will latch on eventually
