yeah ok jumped on the @jimothy-hopkins oc template bandwagon late but #BOOM mimi info! and misc doodles! plus some more stuff about xem under the cut
finally broke my years-long streak of making my sonas non-clique lol. xe's a part of the nerds now because i'd be clocked as a lame ass geek unfortunately. xe is usually the cleric during the gang's G&G sessions.
xe's very irresponsible for a nerd though. xe's the type to do their homework last minute and is easily tempted into giving up when xe doesn't immediately master something. most STEM disciplines are also lost on them, but they're excellent at humanities and art.
is mostly considered a nerd because xe is obsessed with computer games and knowledge no one cares about. will talk your ear off about fnaf sims 2 lore. the type of person to make their current irl crush in the sims and have their own sim marry them.
good friends with cornelius and beatrice, and on amicable terms with the rest of their clique (algernon has somewhat latched on to them as a guiding figure because xe is his senior and is very kind towards him). xe doesn't really respect earnest though (xe hides it to keep the peace).
mostly keeps their nose out of clique politics and is only enemies with the jocks (and the bullies) via association. they're so non-offensive that they're hardly registered as a viable target.
cares a lot about hygiene and appearance and tries to influence certain cliquemates to do the same. on that they actually do have to wear glasses, though they ditched that for a pair of contact lenses (they thought they looked better without them).
the most "normie" guy in the group. because of this (and their seniority), sometimes their cliquemates will turn to them for advice on typical teen stuff like dating. they really aren't THAT experienced (just observant), though they're a decent advisor and mediator.

hi this is probably nothing to everyone but me but oohhhh you have to consider how your selfship would be perceived by a fanbase. you have to consider people making edits of you together and compilations of you interacting and posting clips of sweet moments. you have to consider the art people draw and the dynamics people might come up with between you guys and platonic / familial f/os. you have to consider someone is pulling their hair out because you two looked at eachother longlingly on screen or something okay its necessary hop to it

bif used to be TINY.
he was pea sized, a child, a BABY, he could snap him like a twig if the wind blew too hard
but yeah he was short lol
derby was taller than him for the majority of their childhood, and 100% used it to tease bif lmao
but in eighth grade, bif grew so much that he was basically,,, unrecognizable.
i like this headcanon a lot, like A LOT, but honestly i also really like imagining that bif was always just naturally tall yknow??
but bif being short as a kid is more close to canon since bif has a voice line referring to his height haha
other than derby, i think that bif is closest with chad and bryce
they all bond quite well over boxing, especially since these three are more dedicated to the sport compared to the other preps (at least in my opinion 😳)
i also think that,,, in a weird way, they’re the most “grounded” preps? like they’re all still stuck up and narcissistic, but to a slightly lesser degree than the others
they’re just,,,chill. you know?

in relation to the perfume thing there are websites (i personally use fragrantica.com) dedicated to tracking down scents by notes, names, and perfumers. assigning scent notes and perfumes to your f/os is REALLY fun imo
Idk if this’ll help anyone or if these are even good… just thought of stuff self shipper could do, I guess.
Anywho, here’s a list of things yo,u as a self shipper, can do for fun.
(This will be added onto with time)
Proship/Comship/Anti-Antis DNI
Play Tomodachi Life, make yourself, your main F/O, and then a bunch of family and friends and see how the shenanigans play out.
Play Sims (my choice is 4, but any one will work), same as before but this time you have mods and can control you and your F/O’s however you please.
Make kandi jewelry for each of your F/O’s, whether it’s a bracelet with their name or just a necklace with a color scheme you think fits them.
Purchase something custom from etsy and/or fiverr. These can be care packages, letters, plushies, art pieces, fanfics, maybe you could find someone who does RP asmrs, and my personal favorites an RP or an annotated book.
Look on youtube for asmrs, whether they’re RP, sleeping beside or those muffled playlist scenarios.
For those of is that are age regressor, make a custom deco paci based on your F/O.
Credits to @myselfshipdiary for this one, make a Pinterest board. They can feature fanart, aesthetic images or heck maybe recipes you would cook for them and memes you would show them.
If you have the skills, or heck even if you don’t (life’s too short, try everything, learn new skills), design something based on them. A dress, a cake, a room, a candy platter, a party, an outfit, a plushie, literally anything!
Make a breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner you think they would like! Maybe if you bring your lunch to work, make a bento for yourself that you would send to work with them.
Go on to your online shopping sites and make wishlists of thing you’d think they would want/like.
Do some research on perfume/cologne, and either track down or commission one you think they’d wear. You can do the same for all necessary toiletries if you’d like to take it a step further.
Play around on spotify (or your music service of choice) and make playlists for various scenarios.
Piggybacking of the last one, find a song that you would make their ringtone and think of what their contact name would be in your phone.
Pick out a ring you think would be the engagement/wedding ring they would give you.
Make paper doll's of you/ your self insert and your f/os) along with attachable paper clothes!
If you have access to a printer and a blank notebook/sketchbook along with some glue, you can make a scrapbook with pictures of your f/o(s)! You can also add drawings you made and anything like stickers, washi tape, etc.
This one is digital, edit a transparent of your f/os) into a selfie of yours to make a couples photo! You can print it out and put it in a frame. Also, Dollar Tree sells frames that you can also paint, put stickers on, anything!
There is an app called Social Dummy, create a social media world with you and all your F/O’s on it!
Make perler bead pixel art of your f/o.
