The thing with the potential Infected! Paul and Wilbur dynamic is that it has endless possibilities. Both of them had their humanity completely removed from them and they just love causing pain together? That is possible. Paul is desperately trying to hold onto the good dwindling inside him while Wilbur is coaxing it out, making him worse, meanwhile Paul is making Wilbur slightly better now that he had someone he cares for so they sort of meet each other in a gray-ish morals zone?
