Im so proud of everyone and how it turned out, im happy i was able to join!
My bill did not care for any tea and drank his wine, yeahhh... hes kind of an Butt.
EVERYONE SAY HELLO TO THE MASS BILL CIPHER TEA PARTY OF WEIRDNESS!!!!!!!!
This was a huge collab MONTHS in the making, we started this in JANUARY for reference. My Bill (Dusk) is the one with the Top-hat Crown.

I hate will cipher so have my own interpretation called coin decipher
so coin decipher here is a stoic but actually quite caring creature, opposite from bill who quite shows a lot of emotion's and selfishness
