Something I wish they did in the show Gotham

I love the idea of Harvey starting as a very crooked cop, but having character development through being partnered up with Gordon and eventually becoming more against the police than him. Actually becoming anti cop. Unlike Gordon a who is never able to leave behind the police force, naively thinking he can change it from the inside. Harvey goes through a metamorphosis while Gordon stays the same.

I don't want to ask AI a question. I don't want AI to write my sentences for me, at all ever. I don't want AI search bars to be the default and I don't want them to be in such a way that I can't opt out. I don't want this kind of AI in my life and there is no such thing as AI art, there is only theft of art from human artists by AI scrappers. I don't want any of this, I hate it. Maybe in a world that isn't driven by tech bro capitalism we can see machines doing all the dangerous inane things so humans can be free to pursue life and creativity. But that's not what's happening right now and I hate it.

i am so so so so so proud of everyone that reaches out to others when they are hurting. it takes a lot of courage to be vulnerable when you are hurting and i am so proud of you for getting help when you need it. you don’t have to do things alone, you are going to be okay

Had a dream last night that someone reblogged one of my posts and said, "I thought OP was a pathetic loser, but then I edited this picture of him and it turns out he's actually a cool chill guy," followed by a photo of some guy sitting in a chair in which the commenter had clearly cartoonishly drawn heart-shaped pattern boxers over his pants. And the guy in the picture wasn't even me.

once in college my friend asked me to come along on a date she wasn’t comfortable with because she knew that I would step in and ruin the mood on purpose if she gave me the signal that she wanted out

I came along, it was awkward, she gave the signal, and I immediately dumped a glass of ice water over my head and said “oh no looks like you have to drive me home immediately to prevent hypothermia” but then she and her bad date thought this was so startling and funny that it broke the tension and got them talking. and then I had to sit around for the rest of their date dripping water and shivering because she decided she was enjoying herself.
