World is crazy. Scoiety wants you to become successful by 25. It’s no more good enough to get a job by the time you graduate. The new standard is, to earn ₹10LPA or more by the time you are 25-26. The stress is immense.

Social media has convinced you to get costly items, that you cannot afford. Credits card help you get them, and then suck the blood out of you. You end up worrying more about the debts you have, your package, your career, your love life, your health, your parents and what not!

All this while you stay far from home, the stress gets you, you don’t get proper nutritious food, no proper sleep. This probably constitutes to a deficiancy of something, you start losing your hair. Worse case scenario, you end up bald at 25, just like me.

And then again, people will start pointing at it, making it their topic of interest. How do you react to that? How do you get out if it? How do you simply not care, when everyone points the obvious, over and over again? I never knew, probably never will. And a whole lot of life left ahead 🙏🏻

Venting it out here, where no one knows I exist. Do not intend to share with people I know. No point! At least Tumblr can be a relief.

What if, some day we get the tech to automatically record our dreams into an app as a draft, and after waking up, instead of not having a clue as to what it was, we can remember via the drafts. That could be amazing. And could possibly have some original thoughts/stories. That would be crazzyyy!!!

Sometimes, we have more in us than we realise. Our mind subconsciously might have a lot of thoughts than we do consciously.

I think it is absolutely necessary to be able to share, talk and open up to people, instead of bottling up all the feelings. And we should be ready to listen, empathise with our friends. We never know the struggle that a person is going through. It might not seem like a big deal to us, but it might be to them, those who are experiencing it firsthand.

The concept of feminism is being ruined by feminists. It’s much better to be, and makes much more sense to be a realist.

Gender equality is something that’s never gonna make sense, in few cases. Sometimes, if equal rights/laws are made for men & women, it will look heartless. Women are entitled to certain benefits and they should be. But when it comes to tasks that require mental/physical capabilities, we should choose “a person” with capability rather than “a biased” gender play.

For me, Casteism, reservations and Gender equality doesn’t make any sense. None at all. May be that’s just me!

The struggle between Udemy and Netflix is real! Balancing should be the key.

People often ask about my political stand-point, and I go with a response “I do not have one”. I do have my view, I do not believe/trust anyone. I do not think any one single politician can change our lives. I have been watching people trust someone, and their political leader’s turning to be a mistake.

Several sessions in the parliament/assembly, and I’ve watched a few of them, apparently we vote (not me) for them to accuse each other. Never have I ever saw a single politician genuinely bring up the issues at hand and propose a solution/ask for suggestions without having to blame/accuse the previous candidate of the constituency.

This wouldn’t change, I don’t see that people have it in them. And unless this changes, there wouldn’t be any change overall. And people with political ideas/beliefs on a local/national party, are probably optimistic, but I would say they’re delusional.

Amidst the pandemic, there are still wicked, twisted political sattires & agendas being carried out. This literally should make people open their eyes, but hey, not today, not now, not ever!

I feel cheated, used, for 2 years straight. Worked so hard for a promotion and in the first year, while buttering me with lame reasons, my manager asked me to not get disappointed and work hard as I did before, so that he could promote 6 months later than what I was expecting. I told myself that it’s 6 months delay, and I again pulled myself up, worked hard for another year. Now, my company simply cancelled the promotion cycle. If they are generous, I will promoted a year late than I expected (not 6 months).

Amidst this pandemic, which no one really thought of in their wildst dreams, I feel cheated for not being recognised for my work. Might be selfish on my part, but yeah, it is I who took in all the stress for 2 years. To see no gain professionally at the end!

But in retrospect, I am previliged to have a life, to survive this pandemic almost without any major changes to my lifestyle. Not everyone are having good days. Some still struggling to survive the day. Hope we win, see sunshine again, some day, not so far! Hoping humanity gets back up soon than we can imagine. May we all live to see a better tomorrow.
