My Take on MtF/FtM Passing

I think that a person has the right to think whatever they want about themselves. That's their God-given freedom (or whatever you believe or don’t believe in).

If they want to pass as a certain gender in general society, though, then they're going to have to conform to current gender norms enough to look the part. And if they don't, then they shouldn't expect other people to guess correctly. It sucks, but it’s the truth at this moment in history. You need to be fair. Like I’ve heard other people say, nobody questions Blair White is a woman based on her looks and voice alone. That's because A) She probably already looked and sounded feminine pre-transition, and B) She has put in and currently puts in a LOT of work to pass. It's a grind, but it's worth it if you really want it.

Keep in mind I say this being a straight white dude that's only looked at voice feminization stuff for voice acting purposes, but I think it's a decent way for anyone to look at the Trans situation. Try to have as much empathy for others as you’d want from them.

FINALLY. I finished all my Persona 5 “Art Nouveau” illustrations.
