Amelia got lost in her thoughts as she contemplated the tiresome day. Those thoughts were quickly interrupted by her running into Jason.
"Ah, sorry, I should've watched where I was going." The doctor stuttered and rubbed her head which had taken most of the hit.
Amelia seemed a tad nervous. After all, her stature compared to the man was smaller. Needless to say, she was a tad intimidated, especially since it was night-time and raining. Despite her being a little tense Amelia was still trying to be friendly.

The first few months at Arkham are going quite well.
I'll be keeping details to a minimum due to NDA, HIPPA, and other things.
The juvenile wards are much different compared to the adult wards.
Cleaner for starters. It's a little brighter, too. Less screaming.
Food is mediocre at best. Makes me worried if we happen to have a patient with AFRID at some point. More safe foods would be helpful.
Maybe I should ask about protocols for such cases? I'm sure they have something for that.
I'm going to vent some frustrations here about anxiety and guilt at Arkham below.
Admittedly, I get a tad anxious when I'm requested in the adult wards. But, I feel so bad when I do. Not everyone is a criminal in there, and even then, those people are hurting.
It makes me feel gross, and it feels wrong to think that. I hope that the feeling subsides.
