Listen, you can't make the Riddler cool after the initial introduction. If anyone spends more than .03 seconds thinking about him, his cool factor goes from maybe a 6 for aesthetics down to 2 for the fact that he's the goddamn Riddler. So for the love of God, stop trying. Change up the aesthetic, make him goth, make him a mob boss, whatever. But in the end he's still the Riddler, and in the end your cool design is going to this nerd whose gimmick is puns.
