(these are mostly geared toward small/medium personal objects. also s/o means both significant other and significant object here bcuz I'm sappy)
build a blanket fort and cuddle in it
pizza and movies/twitch streams night
popcorn and horror movie night
naps !! share bed, clutch them to your chest if you can (if they’re a car you could sleep inside them)
reading a book out loud
if your s/o is small, or you just aren’t ashamed, carry them around and take them places (these could be dates themselves! Ideas: grocery shopping, bookstore, movies, amusement park, aquarium, museum, zoo…)
dance and swing your s/o around if safe to do so; this is more fun and personal if you make a playlist specifically for you n your s/o
if your s/o is a instrument, play music together; sing with them!
if your s/o is a vehicle, go out for drives
go on a walk and take your s/o with you
make a meal and set up a table so you can eat with your s/o (like a dinner date!)
sit outside and enjoy the sun/the rain/cloud gaze/star gaze with them
wake up early to watch the sunrise; watch the sunset with them
have a picnic!
go to a drive in movie !! especially fun if your s/o is a car
hang out with your s/o and make s’mores (actual camping not needed, but possibly fun!)
wash your s/o if they’re dirty; do it by hand; if they have fur, or fur like fibers, brush them after
