Moments like this were rare. Being able to sleep next to one another was impossible sometimes due to the busy schedule you and Charles held. Kyle never had luck when it came to relationships. Any girl he seemed to like either had no interest or was stolen away by some other guy. For a while he started to think love just wasn't for him, until he met (y/n). Something about them just pulled him in. Perhaps it was the way they would scrunch their face when confused, or would always volunteer to help those who needed it, whatever it was it made Kyle fall hard. He wasn't going to mess this up, and nothing could ruin what he had planned. It was accidental the first time you ended up hanging out with his group, being paired with Butters for a project, and in turn getting dragged into one of Cartmans idiotic plans. Since then it was almost natural to see you with at least one of the boys, yet Kyle still found himself struggling to verbalize how he felt. Sure he helped with homework, and would defend you with his last breath against Cartman but that was all just friendly in the eyes of many. But he never worried, you never seemed interested in any of the boys at school, so he had a chance right? The Valentines dance was coming up, it was the perfect opportunity for Kyle to finally tell you how he felt. It was all planned out, he had finished his poster the night before with the help of Ike, all he had to do was find you. And he did, surrounded by other all gushing as Kenny held you close with an aloof grin, a poster held in his left hand. Any and all confidence Kyle had seemed to float away as he stared at the sight before him. As the crowd disbanded he followed, his head kept down to avoid the gazes of those he passed. The idea of lunch was dreadful, how could he sit at the same table as you and Kenny? But you almost acted as if nothing happened. You sat between him and Kenny still smiling and laughing at jokes he made and even hugged him goodbye at the end of the day. That didn't matter though, you were now dating one of his closest friends, and who was he to try and ruin something you wanted. Part of him held out hope, that one day you and Kenny would split, and he would be there. A shoulder to cry on and someone to value you more then any other person could.

Charles tries to keep his love life separated from his work life, but we all know how nosey the boys are

So more private dates are the go to for a while

when the band is away on trips, or preforming the two of you will sit in his office drinks in hand talking about whatever may come to mind as he finishes his work

But if the band knows who you are? that is a whole other story

You most likely would be an employee of some sort, or a friend of one of the boys, so of course you would be involved in their antics in some way

making sure Toki is careful with his blood sugar, listing to ideas Nathan has for future songs, stopping Pickles from killing Murderface, and helping Skwisgaar make sure all his guitars are in top shape

He will still try to keep the relationship quiet, not telling them unless absolutely necessary

But of course the passing glances, smiles, closeness and Charles overall improvement in mood made them all suspicious

So they devise a genius plan. Operation: Get the adoptive parent together

Humor them please ( i may write this if anyone is interested)

After that whole incident is over a relative peace takes over 

The boys approve of the relationship, when Charles is happy they get away with more

He is very attentive, always picking up on things you may not know you feel

Not much of a fan when it comes to PDA but he will always have you at his side and may hold your hand as well

If your hair is long enough he always seems to enjoy tucking it behind your ear
