Hi, I downloaded narukiisims - Britta.rar and put it in the packeges folder and unzipped it when I turn on the sims 3 panel the house does not appear for installation I do not know what is going on so I am asking you.
So I got this message in April but didn't see it until now... Sorry!
Anyway. It's been a while since I played TS3 but I'm pretty sure the stuff you put in the package folders are automatically installed and doesn't need to be installed through the game launcher. If you want to install it in the launcher you should pick the other file in the zip file.

The (very long) backstory under the cut
Idina grew up in Windenburg with her uncle, Thomas. Her parents died when she was very young so she doesn’t remember them at all. Thomas never wants to talk about them with her. He was very close with Idina’s mother, his sister, and it hurts too much. All Idina knows is that they died when someone tried to rob them.
They lived in a house in the woods, far away from the city. Thomas wanted to be self efficient and therfor grew and hunted his own food, used water and power from the surondings. He taught Idina from a young age how to live off the grid. She also has good knowledge on weapons, especially guns. Thomas really belived in the right do bear firearms and taught Idina on how to use and fix guns. Idina has never really liked to hunt or use guns though. She was more interested in the big library they had in the house. Thomas was a bit of a horder when it came to books (and to perfectly frank, everything else too). She could sit in the library for hours and just read.
She never thought that growing up with Thomas was weird. She liked him and has never felt anything other than love. However, when she started school the other children made fun of her and the fact that she lived with her uncle that they thought was a strange man. This made Idina more introverted and she spent her freetime in the public library (where she befriended the much older librarians) or at home.
When Idina was a teenager she got more interested in computers and hacking. Because of how she and Thomas lived she learnt how to built her own computer. She has never had any “official” education in computer science, but it’s a passion of hers. She loves to tinker with different devices.
After the apocalypse started she and Thomas lived for long in their house. They already lived off the grid so it was the perfect hideout place! Unfortunlity the zombies found them in the end. They were very many and Thomas sacrificed himself to save Idina, which she’ll never forget. After this she found a group of survivors who she joined. She contributes with her knowledge of living off the grid, handiness and her primary job is to look over the guns and making sure they are up for the task. Even though she has severe knowledge and experience in hunting she doesn’t really participate in the zombie-killing. She can count the number of zombies she killed on her hands. This is something she feels a lot of anxiety about, but she hopes that her knowledge is enough for people to keep her around.
Idina doesn’t really want to label her sexuality. Mostly because she doesn’t really care about those kind of labels, but also because she’s not really sure where she would fit on the sexuality scale. She sometimes calls herself bi or pan if somebody asks, but to be perfectly honest she hasn’t been in a “real” relationship. She was a lonely child and after the apocalypse she’ve had other priorities. Because of how she grew up she has always thought that romantic love wasn’t for her, but she would really like that to change!
