the real reason i've not been working on vulpec; how tf am i meant to design like 25 hero/ villain/ vigilante outfits and have them all look good and unique
especially since everyone's got powers so i gotta be like ok do they have their own weapons, what weapons would compliment those, i know i've said no one really has guns but hayes absolutely deserves a flintlock etc etc

AITA for refusing to fight for my God?
I (300ishM) am very devoted to my god, T (potentially the dawn of time?M). Even after this I still follow him, but I’ve been getting conflicting opinions on whether I was in the right here.
It’s a bit of a complicated situation, while T himself is centuries old and a god, the body he’s currently using used to belong to a very close friend of mine. I decided to follow T in hopes he’d switch bodies and I could get ogT back while our other mutual friend R (centuriesM) actively opposed him.
Even though I was more loyal by far T always preferred R, paying more attention to him, doing anything just to get his attention, even blessing him with a pair of wings. This lead to some… friction, a lot of scuffles between the two of us, but it was rare we properly fought.
Lately, though, T’s been getting annoyed with R. I think R just needs some genuine help, but T thinks he’s grown too prideful and needs some humbling. To do this he ordered me to remove R’s wings.
I tried to protest, of course I did, but he is God so I couldn’t exactly say no for long. T even put in some insurance, that I would be send on a ‘vacation’, a thousand meters for every bit of health R still had. It was an effective scare and I thought he was just bluffing so I’d listen.
During the fight itself I had a lot of doubts but I was winning, I had R backed into a corner, but at the last second I threw my sword down in surrender. T was, understandably, furious, but when I turned to face him R attacked me from behind for daring to show him ‘pity’.
T’s threats didn’t end up being bluffs, and I’m writing this 25 thousand meters from my home. I thought I was doing the right thing, and the spectators seemed to agree, but neither of the people whose opinions I actually care about do.
So, AITA for refusing to fight my friend?

the thing about hyperfixating on what is essentially a group project is that while yes, not being able to interact yourself for a while sucks and is horrible, that goes for any hyperfix. there's a whole new pain of no one else is working on the project and you can't keep asking if they want to bcse then it makes them want to less
(to clarify! this is not shade at anyone at all! i just have many ideas that are going to explode in my brain)
