Last week, I uploaded my Ennis Cosby video. It took me over a year to work on this, and put it all together. I'm glad that it's finally over, but even happier at the reception to it. If you don't know about the story of Ennis Cosby, essentially he was murdered in 1997 in a "robbery gone wrong". Ennis was Billy Cosby's only son. Ennis had many goals in life, and hoped to help children with learning disabilities; himself having Dyslexia.

The Star Wars Holiday Special [review]
Tumblr media
I watched this movie in December of 2023, right around Christmas time. In complete honesty, it was during a Jabroni_Mike stream. The thing was so ridiculous, that I had to write a review for it.
I've had a minor interest in the Star Wars series my whole life. I remember watching the original trilogy with my dad, and being so bored that I fell asleep. To be fair, I was 5 years old at the time.
Then, when the first prequel movie came out, my father took my brother, sister, and I to see it in theaters, where I fell asleep after 20 minutes. To be fair, I was only 6 years old. A few years later, I don't remember when exactly, I saw the "Star Wars Rap" on funny junk, a website that still pops up in my head from time to time. This was also one of the first introductions to seeing something about Star Wars, that was made by fans, and kept archived on various websites by fans.
Enter the Star Wars Holiday Special. I had heard of it in passing over the years, mainly around the time I entered my 20's. I believe that I first ever heard of it was through AVGN, or Cinemassacre in general. There's a lot of things that I learned from them, including some of the topics that I talk about today. I remember James Rolfe talking about how bad the Star Wars Holiday Special was, in passing; but I never really understood why. It would come up as a joke in various videos, but I always thought, "come one, it can't be that bad.". I heard how George Lucas tried to bury the movie, becoming so embarrassed with it, that he'd refuse to talk about it in interviews. I figured that maybe it was "Troll 2" quality, and perhaps that was why he was embarrassed.
But I was wrong. It was worse. So much worse. First of all, I think that George Lucas has every right to be embarrassed of this movie. He should feel 5 million pounds of shame for ever even thinking that making the holiday special was ever good. There's a lot of background info to this movie that I don't want to cover, but in a nutshell, multiple people begged for George not to do this. So many people in the production crew could see the concept for what it really was, and yet George couldn't. The holiday special was destined for ill fate.
The plot of the holiday special is simple, to get Chewbacca home in time for "Life Day" with his family. The plot is simple, though, I wondered what was the point of it. It was so boring in comparison to the original trilogy, whose plot has been compared to old tales like L'Morte D'Arthur. I'm not sure if Star Wars was really based off the elements of King Arthur, but I always heard that, going all the way back to my Freshman year of high school.
The simple plot was a sad excuse to create something new with Star Wars. It's something you'd expect to see in a children's cartoon, where the same exact plot of "we have to bring so-and-so home!" is found. For some reason, Chewbacca had a whole ass family at home, a wife, a child, and the disgusting looking grandpa who was his father. The movie appears to be the first of what is now the permanent trope: let's bring a cute kid character in the mix, as a way of making garbage appear to a larger audience. It's clear that Lump, Chewbacca's son, was a shoehorn to make Star Wars more suitable to kids, I'm sure as a way to eventually get more money. I read that Lucas denies this/was afraid of people thinking this, but it's hard not to see this as a cash grab. Supposedly, this holiday special was created to keep Star Wars in the minds of people, before the second movie came out.
The problem with this is, is that Chewbacca's family is horrifying, and one of the most ugly to look at. Lumpy is an annoying brat that almost kills himself playing on the bannister of the house outside, only one wrong step before falling to his death. Yes, I know he's supposed to be like a typical American boy, adventurous and curious...but why? Why does a being from a galaxy far, far, away, have to share traits with Earth, and the human world? Wasn't the initial appeal of the series that the Star Wars galaxy was filled with aliens and terrestrials completely different from the world we know?
The costume for Lump, and really the wookie family in general, looked ridiculous. The way the teeth and eyes appeared in Lumpy's face was so odd. It just looked...off. I realize that these were the actress', but the mask made it all weird. Itchy, Lumpy's grandfather, looks horrifying if no-one has the mask on. An image from google made it look like a crime scene photo. And yes, Lumpy was played by a woman, the actress Patty Maloney, who is not 3'11, but still alive today! Ironically, she was only ten years or so younger than the actor who played Malla, Chewbacca's wife. Malla's actor was Mickey Morton, ironically. I don't know if it may have been because of the height, though I do remember Chewbacca's actor, Peter Mayhew, was very tall. So it was funny to me that Malla was played by a man.
Tumblr media
Grandpa Itchy Mask without anyone wearing it. Freaky.
It was silly that Chewbacca's family was depicted like an all American family, something from the 50's. Malla was wearing an apron, like stereotypical housewife would, and I'm sure, to also depict that she was a girl. In a galaxy far, far, away, there are wookies just like us.
There's a lot of unnecessary things in this movie; and a huge waste of talent, as this special somehow got actors like Mark Hamil, Harrison Ford, and Carrie Fisher to come back, but there were other famous names in the mix, like Bea Arthur, Diahann Caroll, Harvey Korman, and more. There was all this talent that got caught up in this garbage. It sucks that Diahann Caroll had sang a song specifically made for the special, because it was actually pretty good, and George Lucas' embarrassment buried the few good things in this movie, like that.
This movie, as a whole, was a mess. Reading the trivia on IMDB, I was sickened but curious at its monstrosity. For example, the actors in alien costumes began to pass out due to a lack of oxygen, in the cantina scene. That whole scene, which was pointless and unnecessary, of course, took a whole day to film. So much trouble for an unneeded scene.
Apparently, George Lucas thought of the special focusing on Chewbacca's family. This was protested but obviously, they went through with it anyway. Of course, this ends up with the first 10 minutes of the special going from no-one talking at all, to being completely spoken in Wookie.
For some reason, Jefferson Starship appears in the movie, as some sort of futuristic music video. It was awful. Once again, it's not needed! Why was this in the movie? The worst part, is that it was Jefferson Starship probably the worst era of music by the Jefferson Airplane gang.
If there was one good part to the movie, I'd say that it was the animated section. Though different from everything else entirely, there was this charm with the animation featuring Boba Fett. Though sometimes, it was a bit uncanny, I love the style it conveyed. There's something that makes me really nostalgic about seeing old adult cartoons. The grittiness, the dark atmosphere...it's something that I relish. It intrigues me because of how unpolished it was, with unpolished cartoons not being the norm in today's world, for a long while. If they ever were, really.
Overall, this movie was a special kind of schlock. It has an air of mystery to it since its basically been forbidden by George Lucas and all who ever played in it. But, this has a special level of trash that I enjoy. There is some garbage to this, which consuming is most parallel to eating junk food. I wouldn't watch this on my own, but its definitely one of those crap modules you show to friends or any group of people. It's so bad, you want to see other people's reactions to it too.
I give this one slime. It's not too cheesey, but it's not a good movie either. The whole thing is actually trying to be good, which just makes it more cringeworthy, than laughably bad.

Area Visitor Was 1st Gacy Victim
An article about Timothy McCoy, who was originally unidentified when the bodies underneath John Wayne Gacy's home were found. McCoy was just a teenager when he was essentially kidnapped by Gacy en route to going home during the holidays. Timothy was murdered in 1972, and remained unidentified until 1986.

Roses Over The Watson Grave
A video I made last year (2023) about the graves of Tex Watson's parents. Before making my trip up to the Dallas area of that year, there was this floating question about whether Tex's parents were really buried in a secretive way, making it hard to find them. Various Manson blogs and videos alike have talked about the "urban legend" of how Watson's parents were so ashamed of what their son did, that they wanted to hide their identities even in death. I believed it, since photos on find a grave seemed to prove it true. Others doubted it.
For my own personal reasons last year, I went up there to find out, myself.

After almost 2 years, I have finally finished my reading of John Wayne Gacy's book. For only being 267 pages (in the online version which is incomplete), it took 16 hours of recording. No wonder it took so long to finish! (on top of my life problems at the time). The compiled chapters are linked below. I had to separate it into two videos, as youtube has a size limit.
I'd like the original commenter who asked me to read this book, years ago. I'm sorry that I don't remember your name, or what video of mine you originally commented on. I would have never even known that Gacy attempted to write a book if it wasn't for you!
There will be more Gacy content in the future, as there are still unidentified victims of his, nearly 50 years later.
I do not condone Gacy's actions, or think that he was cool. Some people think that by my reading of this book, and others like it (Child of Satan, Child of God, Will You Die For Me?) that I think these were great people. I do not. It should go without saying that I think that these were horrible people. Gacy's book only magnifies how much of a heartless monster he was. Despite telling the police and essentially confessing at first, Gacy quickly recanted and denied that he did anything wrong, up until his death. He constantly dehumanized his victims, alluding that they deserved what happened to them anyway, whether he was the one who killed them or not.
For anyone that has an interest in true crime, and forensic psychology, this book was an interesting read. It truly showed how a sociopath does not care.

Carbon Monoxide Poisoning
Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless gas that is made when fuel burns; fuel such as wood, gasoline, coal, natural gas, or kerosene. Breathing in carbon monoxide fumes prevents the body from using oxygen properly, which can harm the brain, heart, and other organs. People with health problems such as heart and lung disease, are at greater risk for harm. Infants, children, pregnant women, and older adults are at greater risk. According to John Hopkins Medicine, most carbon monoxide exposures happen in the winter. The most common source of carbon monoxide, CO, is unvented space heaters in the home. An unvented space heater uses combustible fuel for the heating process. It vents the gasses it makes into the room, instead of outdoor. A space heater that is not installed right or not working properly, can release CO and other toxic fumes into the room and use up much of the oxygen in the room.
Most space heaters use kerosene or natural gas for fuel. Newer models have oxygen sensors that shut off the heater when the oxygen level in the room falls below a certain level. Older models don’t have this safety feature. Because of these safety problems, some states have bans for unvented space heaters.
Other sources of carbon monoxide poisoning include:
-Malfunctioning cooking appliances -Tobacco smoke -Clogged chimney -Auto exhaust or idling vehicles -Malfunctioning water heater -Malfunctioning oil, wood, gas, or coal furnaces -Malfunctioning gas clothes dryer -Wood burning fireplace -Gas log burner -Any unvented space heater -Gas or fuel burning appliances in cabins or campers -BBQ grills -Pool or spa heaters -Ceiling mounted heating units -And fires.
The symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning are: -Headache -Dizziness -Weakness -Nausea -Vomiting -Rapid heartbeat -Shortness of breath -Seizures -Chest pain -Cardiac arrest -Loss of consciousness -Coma -Respiratory failure -And Death.
The symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning may look like other medical conditions or problems, including the flu or food poisoning. Always see a doctor for treatment.
Carbon monoxide poisoning often becomes diagnosed based on known exposure. A blood test may be done to check for CO in your blood. A physical exam may also show changes in mental status. There may also be chest x-ray, heart, and neurological tests.
If you suspect carbon monoxide poisoning, leave the area and get fresh air right away. Turn off the source of the carbon monoxide, if it can be done quickly and safely. Call 911 (or the equivalent in your country). If someone has stopped breathing, get them fresh air, immediately start CPR, and do not stop until he or she breathes on their own, or someone else can take it over. If you are alone, do CPR for 2 minutes then call 911.
Carbon monoxide poisoning can cause death, if the brain goes without oxygen for too long, there can be brain damage. CO poisoning can be prevented by having your furnace and fireplace cleaned and checked before each heating season.
Only use fuel-burning space heaters in well ventilated areas. Electrical space heaters pose no damage of CO poisoning, unlike those that burn fuels, such as kerosense. This doesn’t excuse any lack of caution when using electrical heaters, as they need to be monitored too.
Don’t leave cars, trucks, or other vehicles running in an enclosed area, such as a garage, even with the outside door open. Do not use portable heaters or lanterns while sleeping in enclosed areas, such as tents, campers, and other vehicles. This is even more important at high altitudes, where the risk is increased. When using a gas powered generator for electricity, be sure to keep it at a safe distance from the home. Install carbon monoxide detectors in your home to warn you if CO levels begin to rise.
Carbon monoxide poisoning occurs when you inhale carbon monoxide fumes, which prevents the body from using oxygen properly. Most exposures happen in the winter. The most common source is unvented space heaters. Typical fuels are natural gas and propane (LPG). While convenience is a major advantage of vent free gas heating products, the degradation of indoor air quality is a major concern.
The advantages of vent free products include ease of use, and being inexpensive to install. No vent pipe or chimney is another contention. Many heaters do not require electricity allowing them to be use for emergency heat, for times when people may not be able to afford central heating. Many heaters are designed to create a comfort zone in a single room, to reduce heating costs.
Small portable units for use in a single room are manufactured for emergency heating- while others are made to serve as a permanent heat source. Optional blower kits and duct work allow them to heat two or more rooms. Available styles include cabinet mounted units, wall mounted units, fireplaces, and fireplace inserts a variety of flame patterns including the blue flame, infrared, yellow flame, and glowing logs.
Unvented heaters release pollutants into the house once combustion pollutants are in the house outside air must be provided to dilute and remove the contaminants. Heating pollutants when gas burns are carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, and water vapor (not a pollutant). While carbon dioxide is a non-toxic gas, carbon monoxide and Nitrogen dioxide are toxic gases.
Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-irritating poison, that can cause brain damage, organ damage, and death. Carbon dioxide, O2, is not toxic. At high concentrations it can cause sleepiness, headache, and contribute to the “stuffy” feeling in closes houses. Even when an unvented gas heater is burning properly, they produce large concentrations of carbon dioxide, raising the levels in the house.
Nitrogen Dioxide, NO2, is a toxic gas that, at a lower concentration, is an upper respiratory irritant causing cough, sore throat, headache, vertigo, and nausea. Some NO2 is always produced in a burning flame, NO2 is linked to an increase of asthma, which occurs in winter.
The most effective method to reduce the hazards is to discontinue the use of unvented heaters, which the Iowa state Ag page states that you can switched to vented gas, and electric appliances. In places that unvented gas is permitted, it is suggested to:
-Only use approved gas heaters with ODS pilots -Follow instructions, clean the burners yearly, if not more often -Do not use an oversized heater -Do not operate them for more than 4 hours at a time -And do not use unvented heaters in bedrooms, bathrooms, and other confined spaces.
According to the Mayo Clinic, carbon monoxide poisoning occurs when CO builds up in the blood. When too much carbon monoxide is in the air, the body replaces the oxygen in the red blood cells with CO.
Symptoms related to the nervous system and brain can come on after recovery from CO poisoning. The risk of these is higher in people who lost consciousness, from CO and older people. Symptoms include: Memory loss, personality changes, and movement problems. Carbon monoxide poisoning can be especially dangerous for people who are asleep, drugged, or drink. Carbon monoxide can cause brain damage or death before anyone realized there’s a problem.
There is also the risk of brain damage that won’t heal, and damage to the heart, which can lead to life threatening heart problems.
Oxygen depletion sensors (ODS) have helped eliminate incomplete combustion caused by lack of air, though this does not respond to incomplete combustion used by improper gas pressure, dust, dust, or rust on the burner; incorrect placement of artificial logs in a gas fireplace, or disruption of the burner by air currents.

Tina J. Pinkard
Tumblr media
On December 30th, 2022, the Victoria Advocate posted an article about 1 person being injured, and another killed in a house fire outside of Seadrift, Texas. The article states that it was reported “Friday morning”, I believe they meant Dec. 30th.
A man made it out of the burning house on David Road in Seadrift. He was sent to the hospital in the nearby city of Victoria, with both internal and external injuries, which resulted from the smoke and fire. A woman did not survive, and a dog was found dead inside the home near her.
Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Johnny Krause was notified of the fire around 6:30 AM. He stated, “It’s a total loss, it got so hot, it warped the metal frame of the home.” The house was destroyed by the fire. The man and woman were sleeping at the time of the fire. The man escaped the home, and started banging on his neighbors’ doors for help.
Tumblr media
An autopsy was “likely to be requested”, but many of the details were unknown on the December 30th article. A few days later, on January 3rd, 2023, the Victoria Advocate posted another article stating that the woman was still unidentified. Sheriff Bobby Vickery stated, “We don’t have a positive identification on her yet. We know who she is. We’re 99% sure, but if it turned out not to be the correct identification, it would create a huge issue.”. The man of the house was still in the hospital, but was not identified in the article. He was in a relationship with the woman, though they weren’t married.
Tumblr media
Sheriff Vickery added that there were no indications of foul play, and instead, the fire may have been caused by a propane heater. At the time of the article, the heater theory was just speculation, as the Fire Marshal was still investigating. The article stated that once the cause was determined, the victim’s identity would be released. As far as I could see, the Victoria Advocate never updated with this information.
On January 10th, 2023, Crossroads Today reported that the woman was Tina J. Pinkard. The man she lived with had severe injuries. Supposedly a man was found inside the house, which I assume was her boyfriend.
Tumblr media
When emergency services arrived to the scene, the trailer home was completely engulfed in flames. Her boyfriend suffered from smoke inhalation, with severe burns to his lungs from the smoke and heat.
Months before her death, there was an article from the Port Lavaca Wave stating a list of arrests. One was of a Tina Janelljoy Pinkard, 32, for possession of a prohibitive substance in a correctional facility. I couldn’t read more because there was a paywall, but I suppose that Tina had troubles with the law in the past. Another article from 2019 stated that she was arrested for possession of a controlled substance less than one gram.
Tumblr media
I couldn’t find any info on the man that was in the fire, or any more info about Tina in the news. There does not seem to be any obituary for her. I couldn’t find a find a grave page for her either.
She had a facebook, which is still up as of 2023.
It appears that Tina was engaged, as made public on a facebook post back in January 24th, 2022. Her fiance went by the name “Wombat”, and I assume that this was the man who was mentioned in the news articles. I believe his government name was Robert. On January 22, 2023, it appears that a funeral/remembrance ceremony was held for Tina by her family.
Beyond that, I am unsure of what else to say. I feel very bad for family, and her widow.
