GOT 20 MINUTES? If you don’t you’re a lie 😒 📊QUICK WORKOUT 💢FAT BURNING 🥵 🔥 WORKOUT 🗣SKIP ROPE 🗣SHADOW BOX 🗣HIGH KNEES 🗣JUMPING JACKS 👉🏿2 minutes each exercise for the first 2 rounds 👉🏿 3 minutes on each exercise the 3rd and final round 👉🏿 10 seconds rest in between 👉🏿 20 seconds rest after a round for all 🔑 Intensity is the key .. you want to be fully drenched in sweat when you’re finished No excuses , this was a relatively cool environment and I still broke a sweat 😓 .... ✍🏿I USE TO HAVE LIMITED BELIEFS When I used to play 🏀 the only thing that stopped & could was ME Which was actually the biggest problem 😞 I have to be honest I did STOP my maximum potential there. 🗣 One of the things I always used to hear is.... 🗣HOW COME YOU CAN’T DO THAT IN A GAME!!!!! 😞 Answer : I JUST DIDN’T BELIEVE IN MYSELF even though commitment, time and work were there 🤦🏿‍♂️ I remember a teammate said before the school year ENDED to have the goal to be the “BEST PLAYER” in the league I looked at him like he was crazy but now looking back , I only achieved what I AIMED for And you know what happened. I achieved a little bit less & now thinking back what if I aimed HIGHER⁉️ When it came to my individual one on one skills you couldn’t beat me. No disrespect to anyone. I had a good combo of strength , speed , quickness , pull shot and above average handles and finishing ability. I didn’t need to settle for 3s to beat you 😒 Even with all that I DEFEATED myself mentally & easily was discouraged 😞 I say this story because no matter how hard you work , if you don’t BELIEVE you can do it ... THAT WILL COME TRUE whether you want it to or not 🗣I emphasize to my students to not make the mistakes I made mentally which starts with 👉🏿Nutrition 👉🏿Exercise 👉🏿Mindset SWIPE left & check out a few results. 🗣How To Stay Ripped With Gym Availability On & Off Since March 2020 lockdowns have been happening & unpredictable Prayers for anyone in this situation especially any GYM owners BUT fact of the matter is ... it simply just takes away from not only your Health the likelihood to be as healthy as possible ❌mentally & ❌physically Lessen especially , When you see fast food , liquor stores and places that will stay open , take your $$$ but won’t think of you when you have ❌liver failures ❌heart disease ❌high blood pressure And must of all a lower survival rate to COVID Some individuals want to be stubborn and say they saw someone healthy get taken out by this to validate an EXCUSE Regardless of if that’s true or false wouldn’t you want to give yourself the BEST chance anyway? Why should that matter ? ✍🏿Physical inactivity is more linked to more severe COVID-19 infection and death according to Forbes article In fact physical inactivity was the strongest risk factor to all outcomes compared to common modifiable risks. 🗣Get this ... even more so than smoking , obesity and diabetes. 😳😳😳 If that doesn’t shock you , I don’t know what will 🗣STAYING RIPPED w/ GYMS ON & OFF 1. Nutrition Adjustments Training at a gym consistently is different than training at home so the nutrition has to change 2. Intensity Adjustments When you have more resistance when it comes to weight from a gym you can get a way with less intensity & still get benefits in other ways but at home unless you’re a beginner you have to find ways to modify the intensity 3. Stress & Sleep Management During this time it’s easy to be stressed but keeping those cortisol levels low actually helps you make progress when it comes to your fitness. What if you could actually EAT and lose belly FAT? 🧐 That’s actually not a DUMB question 😂 because it’s a common issue in the fitness industry ✍🏿 It evolved from the cross country look to the Victoria secret model look 👍🏿 The things on either end of the spectrum can lead to bad things VERY BAD THINGS🚨 Now at days ❇️Obesity rates are going up ❇️Blood pressures are higher ❇️Junk food is even more available 😔 I am sure they’ll have some sort of TINDER for FASTFOOD soon, You just wait... You swipe and it’s at your door I wouldn’t doubt if it’s already there 🤦🏿‍♂️ In addition, CNN pumping your minds with NEGATIVITY doesn’t help either 💉Depression 💉Obesity 💉High blood levels You may as well assume those things are injected in your mind and body by SOCIETY Don’t believe me? 🗣TAKE A GOOD LOOK AROUND 📊Can you actually EAT and lose FAT? 👉🏿Absolutely , the problem with being in a calorie deficit for too long is you’ll get in starvation mode 👉🏿The body will get in a mode IT HAS TO hold on to fat so you survive because you aren’t FEEDING IT 👉🏿If you try to start a vehicle multiple times with gas ... what happens ? Hours and hours just to see nothing 😟 Have you always wondered why me? And ask .... why do I have to work this hard to lose a few pounds of fat? Why does my metabolism suck so much? ✍🏿 I followed everything.. why isn’t it working ? 😟 The more you think about it the more it frustrates you until you get sick of it and quit Getting you to a worse place ❌emotional eating ❌binge eating ❌binge drinking All because you feel sorry for yourself. Progress is relative 🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️ BUT what’s progress though Some believe ❌Weight ❌Self esteem ❌Strength To be honest no one is really wrong but it’s all in the how ⚠️ It’s easy to fall in the trap of fixation And let this fixation consume what is actually happening as far as progress This gets worse and starts the trend of ⚠️Overtraining ⚠️Under-eating ⚠️Mood Swings 🗣Did you know babies on average eat between 400-600 calories a day How the heck are adults eating only double that ? And still not losing fat? It’s simple your metabolism sucks but it’s not your genetics because it’s all relative. There’s individuals that can eat a horse and others that can’t But there’s a baseline. A lot of things dropped that baseline It’s habits that made it that bad. 💢INTERMITTENT FASTING FOR BALANCED LIFE, PHYSICAL & MENTAL RESULTS💢 - As you guys know incorporate intermittent fasting to remain strong aesthetic and athletic without having to go on major cuts and dirty bulks - 😃😃😃 - Sure dirty bulking might work to gain mass better than most ways but it comes w/ consequences ... think about all the fat cells you’re multiplying & the more they multiple the easier it will be to get fat in the future. - 👣👣👣 - Cutting can be stressful , lowering t-levels, sex drive. You’re hangry all the time not only that you don’t have as much energy which means you can’t perform as well athletically. Even with normal activities for that matter - 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿 - Yes you’ll always gain fat when bulking and yes you always have to be at a calorie deficit to lose weight. - 👀👀👀 - But with intermittent fasting you can have more calories , feel full and burn fat while you are in a fasted state. Of course you know what happens when you feel satisfied appetite wise - ✍🏿✍🏿✍🏿 - Your mood is better , your motivated therefore increase and not only that your lifts and performance doesn’t suffer as long as you’re still inputting enough nutrition in the fixed time window and not only that the fat your burning is an energy source you body uses for fuel in that 12-18 hour window - 🤜🏿🤛🏿 - I’ve done it for 6 years now. 💢I’VE BEEN VERY FORTUNITE💢 - I can only give credit to the 100s of elderly people I’ve talked to over the years of working on my local gym - 😇😇😇 - It was 5 years last March 2019. There were a lot of positive things there but at some point it was to time to be forced to move forward. - 😎😎😎 - It was tough saying goodbye without saying goodbye at some point but now I look back and appreciate the great things about it especially the older people I’ve talked to - 🧐🧐🧐 - It forced me to have a different mindset. They were go getters. I’d speak to them when my shift would start 5 am. They were always full of energy and at the time I didn’t know how - 🤨🤨🤨 - They gave me solid advice and life lessons everyday we interacted what is also the reason why I am the way I am. I just don’t believe in wasting time and further more this speaks about the plagiarism thing from my last post. How would I be able to write all these captions and have all those stories if I didn’t meet these people - 😃😃😃 - How much more would I have to have read to get to this place mentally.
