Indian woman (late twenties) learning about radical feminism. Caste based oppression is a thing and lower caste women are affected the worst and no, no amount of whining is gonna change that fact. I'm also here to shitpost
while white women from more privileged countries make posts on tumblr about how they feel so much safer around white men, these same men come to latin america and eastern europe and asia to partake in sex tourism and contribute to our disenfranchisement and rape and oppression. i guess it’s ok because you don’t see it though, right?
the reason it's difficult to argue abortion with anti abortionists is because for the statement "women's right to bodily autonomy is more important than a stranger's life" to make sense to you, you have to already believe that women are full human beings (even when they're not wives or mothers) who have zero moral obligation to sacrifice themselves or produce offspring for society. you also have to believe there is no divine purpose to female anatomy and the purpose of a woman's body is entirely determined by her own self.
I wasn't expecting much from Down Bad but it's so good?? Guilty as Sin was really good. Clara Bow, the Alchemy...sneaked in some bangers there.
And the bonus songs 🥵. Cassandra ❤️, The Black Dog, The Manuscript...(except thanK aIMee...girl, we know who you're talking about, you didn't need to capitalize the letters)
I hate to use Gen-Z slang but she served hard with the second set of songs
It's no Folklore or Evermore and I do wanna listen to the songs again but some of the songs were a bit underwhelming.
