This is Kolja, or Nickolai (both names work).
He works as a server and has a very charming personality! Attracts the customers...
He was actually the person who got Yana her job as a dishwasher/janitor at the restaurant! He saw her needing a job and told her to apply, telling his boss that she needs it (she does).
Kolja always has his eyes closed, but that's a stylistic choice, meaning he can actually see.
The last image is actually a wip! I hope to finish it soon.
