Just posting to say I haven't left or anything. Just been inactive because I've been sick since Easter with pneumonia. Still am, so I don't know when I'm going to start posting anything. Haven't really been getting any better, but that's to be expected I guess (supposed to last 2 weeks to a month).
Also, still been playing Skyrim, so there's that.

Centipedes have always been one of my biggest fear, besides wasps. I remember seeing advice somewhere about looking at pet centipedes to help. I can't remember where, I think I saw similar advice for spiders as well.
Well, I tried the advice. Went to some pet centipede subreddit. It made me fear them more. There was this feeding video, and was like "That LUNGE! They were using forceps and it still almost got their hands" Did not help that it was the same centipede that I was seeing in my house either (the giant desert ones).
That's what I get for trusting random advice from randoms online. It makes things worse, surprise.

Playing Skyrim again. So, if people are wondering why I haven't been posting anything in a while, that's why. Well, sort of, was Elden Ring before, now it's Skyrim. I always seem to return to that game for some reason.
Also, Twitter and Insta take ages to load up, so.... I haven't really been on either of those sites much at all recently. They just infinitely sit in load screen (they tend to do that). So, yeah.

Shading practice with Tetsu! (Also a flat color version because I like the way the line art looks ^v^)
I realized the other day that despite how much I love Tetsu, I haven't actually talked about him much, so I put some info about him under the cut!
Tetsu is the guardian of Steelplate Island, a small isle in the Paldean sea home to several futuristic Paradox Pokemon! He’s responsible for rescuing many residents from the Great Crater of Paldea.
He’s the one who gave the futuristic Paradox 'mons their names! Evidently, he’s not very good at naming things.
He’s very calm and serene, to the point where his expression pretty much never changes. It's difficult to know what he's thinking, even if you know him really well.
Sandwiches are his favorite food! He doesn’t have a preference for a particular type. As long as you put ingredients between two pieces of bread, he’ll eat it.
He has a twin brother named Tenshi, who’s a Koraidon! They both hatched from the same egg. (Koraidon + Miraidon are genetically VERY similar in my universe -- think Latias and Latios levels of related.)
Tetsu and Tenshi used to work under Dialga as Temporal Deities, but after a mission that resulted in the creation of the Great Crater, the two were severely weakened and unable to return to the Temporal World. That’s part of the reason why they’ve stuck around in Paldea. The other reason is to monitor the spacetime anomalies that are still occurring in the crater.
Even though Tetsu isn't able to return to the Temporal World, he actually prefers his current life to his life in the Temporal World. It’s much more relaxing.

Decided to give Tetsu a minor redesign! I wasn't happy with how his wings looked before. The idea is that they're sorta holographic, which is why they're not attached to his body. Also gave him a few scars on his back for lore-related reasons ehehe...
I wanted to try drawing him in a pose similar to the official artwork for Miraidon, but it was really difficult since he has different anatomy, so I scrapped that idea halfway through. Now he's just kinda idly levitating lol
