My favorite oblique exercise!!! Depending on my mood I can crank out up to 150 per side per set... 1. Get into a straight arm plank position (make sure you drop your hips so they are in alignment with your spine) 2. Take one leg and bring it up towards your elbow as if you were going to tap your knee to your elbow. 3. Mine is Squat...What's yours? Compound exercises such as the flat bench press, squat, and deadlift are GREAT when you want to target a group of muscles at one time. Squats are great for your abs. Deadlifts are great for your legs and lower back. Bench press is great for your chest, delts, and triceps!! #getbig
