For Diàn Lán it’s vanilla. She loves the scent of it. It’s warm and comforting and she has a big sweet tooth so there’s that. She has a little compartment filled with oils and perfumes in her room that are mostly vanilla scented. She’ll never leave home without dousing herself in perfume (not me projectingggg never ever).
What she smells like- Vanilla
For Jiutian it’s more floral scents that are a bit musky. She loves the smell and thinks of it as a very romantic scent. Like Chanel,Gucci really expensive stuff.
What she normally smells like- Roses and champagne
Míng-Huā prefers oils instead of perfumes but there more floral like Jiutian but hers are naturally made because she’s not really in touch with society given she stays in a mystic abode most of her time now. So in her free time she’ll make oils from flowers she grows.
What she smells like- Jasmine and lotus flowers
Yumian has really expensive and musky scents. For someone who’s been around as long as she has. She knows the importance of smelling good. Dior is her favorite brand but along with fashion she has a small perfume line too with more musky refined scents
What she smells like- Amber and cologne
Jia Li is someone who is very modern being an influencer uses things that are on trend or what company’s pay her to use for her videos or sponsor. Unlike her mother Yumian she uses body sprays unless it’s an important event. But she’ll use more youthful fruity scents from your local bath and body works.
What she smells like- Cherries
For Bái Lin it’s more rustic scents. Like more older scents and natural. She doesn’t overdose herself in it like Diàn Lán or Jia Li. She sprays like twice and calls it a day. She loves the scent of sandalwood or old books.
What she smells like- Cinnamon and old books
