I learned a trick, when you first wake up and feel groggy...try drawing. Your creativity seems to flow better after waking, at least that what I think happens.
Try drawing when your emotions just get to a point where words can't express yourself, be it extreme anger, fear, stress, jealousy, happiness, joy & more.
Art isn't limited to pens/paper... Art is an expression of ones' self, be it music, dancing, playing, acting or anything that helps express yourself. You are more creative than you realize and I know that you all are beautiful artistic people ♡.
