Oh man. It’s almost Thanksgiving, and you know what that means?
Perfection salad.
For those of you who don’t know what “perfection salad” is: it’s pretty much the best way to ensure you’re never invited to another potluck again. It’s basically cole-slaw suspended in lime jell-o, and for some reason, it crops up on Thanksgiving tables like clockwork. Disgusting, slimy clockwork.

I actually really like this idea, because it’s being done by Niantic Labs. For those who don’t know, Niantic Labs also does Ingress, another augmented-reality game where you take your phone to a spot in the real world where, as they describe it, Exotic Matter (XM) is flowing out into world through portals (often at buildings or points of historic interest.)
It’s a well-designed game, and it gives me hope that this collaboration with Nintendo to release Pokemon GO will be successful as well.
