Currently we are actually over halfway through in packing and shipping out the deluxe bundles, so if you haven't gotten your tracking number yet, you will soon! we've been taking batches of packages to the post office weekly, just as eager to make sure everyone gets their zine as you all are to receive them! Once again, thank you so much for being patient, your bundle will be sent out sooner than you think!

I was pleasantly surprised today to find that my copy arrived earlier than expected! It looks fantastic and I'm loving how well everything turned out. You guys did a really amazing job :)

hope you all are well happy new year! just wondering when things would most likely start shipping? Thank you for all your hard work !!

We've recieved a couple of similar asks so I'll be using this one as an update:

We are currently packing orders as we speak!! The books have arrived safe and sound, and now it's a matter of ensuring every package gets exactly what they've ordered! Please keep an eye on your emails throughout this week and the next couple of weeks as tracking labels will be going out!

It's just me and mod 6iirls who will be doing packing, and it's a whole lot of orders for a two person team. Thank you for your patience!

Once again, if you need an address change please email us ASAP, this will be the final time we'll be able to do so as I'll be going to the post office as early as tomorrow.

We are so so excited to finally get the physical zine and bundles out to you!! 💖

The digital edition is included in every tier so everyone should have gotten an email. If you have not received your copy please reach out to us so we can get it to you!

Also this is your final reminder to notify us of any address changes! We've followed up with everyone who has sent an address change so if you haven't received an email confirming the change in the past few days then we do not have it on record so please send it again! Hi! I was wondering since you sent out the digital product and are asking for address changes, do you have a rough estimate of when you'll be able to ship out the zines?

( I'm not sure if I should change my address for the shipment since I am currently at the right address but a week into January I will be at another. )

Hi! So shipping during this time of year is notoriously hectic and there's often a lot of delays. We cant guarantee how fast anything will be delivered so if you're going to be moving soon it would be safest to update the address!

Nearly all the digital zines have been sent but we received a message on twitter that there was an issue with compression after downloading thats made some of the comics hard to read.

This week we were su3to start moving forward but I've been sick all week and haven't had the energy to manage everything so sorry about that delay!

I don't want to keep holding off though so I'm going to start sending out the digital edition now. It may take longer than a day as I'm still sick and low on stamina but I'll get all the orders out as fast as I can.

Hi, everyone!

To start off this update is a bit overdue so sorry about that!

So as mentioned in an ask that was answered recently there was some issues with the cover of the zine, mainly that it didnt have one. When i found out i thought this meant they just needed the cover reformatted and sent it back right away but it turns out it actually meant that the first pages of the zine were created as the cover.

When our order was initially approved the rep sent us a set of digital proofs which were fine and we continued based on the expectation that those would be honored.

The cover and the internals were sent over as separate files but it seems that's the customer service rep that took our order failed to communicate that to the the team that actually assembles the books so they were under the impression that the singular pdf with the zine internals was the whole book.

I've spent the past two weeks going back and forth with the company to work on fixing this and fortunately the rep quickly referred me to the lead of their book team. Since switching contact the the book lead the process has gone infinitely smoother. We approved a new set of digital proofs this past Wednesday and I've specifcally requested a physical proof this time around as well.

While we were very patient because a significant portion of the delays up to this point where outside of the printers control (mainly waiting for back ordered paper stock thanks to the global paper shortage thats happening right now) thats not the case this time but the book lead was very understanding and agreed to a turn around time of up to 10 business days.

The paper type we requested is backordered again but we opted for a substitution this time to keep the process moving. I have no experience with this specific paper but its teqniqually a higher grade version of what we initially requested so I expect that it won't affect the quality of the zine negatively.

We'd like to apologize again for these additional delays, the process of getting these printed has been far more complicated than we ever could have anticipated. But again, we're expecting a final turn around time of 10 business days so at this point we'd like to ask everyone who ordered physical goods to please check your shipping information!

If you need to update your address please email [email protected] with your name, order number, and/or your paypal email. We will make another post once the books are picked up to urge everyone to check their address one final time.

Not yet, last week there was an issue with the cover. Fortunately we were able to reformat and fix it quickly on our end so we were hoping it wouldn't delay us any further but our manu hasn't replied to us since we gave them the updated file last week :/

I (@6iirls) emailed them a follow up yesterday asking about the schedule but they haven't replied to that just yet either. Hopefully soon though! We'll keep you all updated

Is it possible to get a refund? This question has nothing to do with the Zine itself, I've just since fallen out of the RWBY fandom in the span of time this Zine has been operating
