I honestly don’t know at this point. On the one hand, if the vlog was real, he should’ve and would’ve posted it within one month of the yk trip to maximize hype and clout etc etc. HOWEVER, if it was eventually revealed that the vlog was fake all along and they lied to bait fans into generating hype and all that, well... all hell would break loose.

Personally? I think George tried to vlog, wasn’t into it cuz he’s awkward and hates being perceived so the footage is minimal and kinda shitty. and then he and Dream hyped it up on twitter, not expecting it to get so much traction, and now they’re waiting for the whole ordeal to blow over but it just... isn’t.
