To be comfortable with my sexuality - a spell of self-acceptance
The first thing you should know about this spell it’s that I made it to help myself overcome my fear of vulnerability and intimate contact. This spell was born from the frustration I have toward my dysphoria and to some extent my trauma, and it is, more than anything else, a spell for self-love and self-acceptance - to let myself take love and pleasure and to know I deserve them.
To make it, one needs:
A jar or container of all sort
A small stone or crystal - see that it correspond to your intent
A sigil to open oneself to love and relationships
cinnamon (passion), ginger (courage and lust), coriander (mutual love)
dried violets (freedom in sexuality)
dried clovers (affirmation, freedom)
dried rose petals (self-love)
optional: blessing/attraction oil
red/white candle (love and strength)
How to make it in order:
Ward yourself
Formulate a clear intent in your head, it helps
Optional: ask your patron deity/the deity you work with to guide you through the spell
Start by charging the crystal with your intent (Ex: ”I am allowed to receive love and intimacy)
Charge your sigil
Put both at the bottom of the jar while clearly stating their function aloud or in your head
Put cinnamon, ginger, and coriander in a layer on the top
Add the violets
Add the clovers
Add the rose petals
Don’t forget to state the intent of all ingredients as you put them in
Close the lid (optional: anoint it with your oil) then seal it with white then red candle
Optional: Ask your deity to bless it if you’d like
Store it in a place where you’ll see it to maximize your intent
Now you’re done, I hope it’ll be useful to anyone who wishes to add a little oomph to their work on trauma, fears, struggles with intimacy, sexuality, or even dysphoria like me, it’s okay to be scared, you have the right to receive love too.
