iโve had to do this and itโs really hard!!! hereโs some advice from a college senior :)
- bring a notebook to take notes
- ask what sort of documentation they need and from who (a specific kind of doctor?) most of the time they have their own forms that you have to give to your doctor and bring back
- tell them about any previous accommodations you may have had in high school (like a 504)
- ask them what accommodations are available, BUT STILL go in with a clear list of accommodations you need
- make sure your doctor agrees to sign off on the accommodations you want BEFORE your meeting with disability services. ultimately your doctor is the one whose going to make this shit happen and you need to make sure that what you want is what your doctor will recommend
& here are some common accommodations colleges offer for learning disabilities:
- extended time on tests (like time and a half)
- taking the test in a separate room (normally with a moderator and other kids who want extra privacy)
- using a laptop (to take notes) in classes where the professor is no-technology
- recording lectures to listen to them again

So, I made this gif to go into a set, but, the longer I look at it the sadderย I get.
This is such a quintessentially Stiles scene. He winks, he points, heโs snarking at Rafael McCall, he should, for all intents and purposes, be having the time of his life.
Once the wink ends though, his face just falls, he blinks and his eyes sort of blank out.ย
I stared at this a long time before I realized this was afterย the scene where Kiraโs foxfire jump-started the Nogitsune. This scene feels off because is it really Stiles?ย Either Stiles really is just worn all the way down to bare bones and is stillย trying to mask to make everyone else feel better, or this isnโt Stiles.ย
Either way, Iโm very sad about it.
