Actually concerned about what and who is in the trusted inner circle giving advice and whatnot. Ugh. Well, I have to completely cut myself off now or I'm going to drown in a flood of empathy and emotions.

Stage setup for Blackpink's encore Born Pink tour at MetLife was not ideal for where I was sitting.

Which was 5 rows from the very top, on the side. And the sound quality/scape wasn't ideal there either, which was unfortunate. But there was a fairly clear view of most of the stage. Also the seats were kind of narrow and nobody was standing and vibing so I ended up being squished in, seated for most of the concert. Not to mention the people who were walking through the rows once the concert has started, obstructing my view. UGHGHGHGHGHGHGHGH.

All of the concerts I had been looking forward to have come and gone and now I don't know what to do with myself.

Post concert ptsd or whatnot? Everything seems so pointless now.

I'll just say it. Why is every Kpop idol whose dating is rumored/confirmed, at least in recent years, always have a significant age gap. Younger idol, older partner. Am I the only one who finds that a bit creepy/unsettling?

Sometimes I wish I could go to a time when I only knew of the existence of people in a relatively small sphere around me. I.e., people on the other side of the world? Don't exist. People in other states or countries? Don't exist. Idols, celebs, etc.? Don't exist. Just me, and the people within the radius of how far my eyes can see.

The Sunday 88^ stage at HITCLA is stacked

The whole day is almost like a dream lineup. I’m actually so friggin jealous of the people who can attend. HITC needs to come back to NY with a lineup like that. I wanna see almost every one. Yerin Baek: QUEEN. LOVE. Actually in love with her music and voice. Please come to NY. XG: LOVE. QUEENS. Actual superstars. So talented. Please come back to NY. YOASOBI: QUEEN. LOVE. changing the web ui but it just gets worse every time. This newest update or rebranding (whatever you want to call it) is just a 1-to-1 carbon copy of twitter’s ui. It’s so ugly!!!!! Idk if Tumblr hired ex twitter employees or what but they need to fire them and revert the layout @staffTumblr

when it’s 90+ degrees (and feels like it’s hotter). Holy mcmoly. Luckily I had to go through an a/c’ed lobby/plaza to get to my seats so I was able to soak in some cold air before the concert started. And luckily it cooled down, ever, and I mean in the tiniest possible amount, so slightly after the sun went down. And there was a minimal breeze, but damn, it was hoooottt yesterday. July in Jersey isn’t the best of times to be throwing concerts. Concerned about Blackpink’s back to back concerts here in August. Maybe, and hopefully, they’ll get lucky and there’ll be a freak cool front. Also. holy moly MetLife needs to figure out their post-event traffic situation because omfg, let me tell you.

There’s something surreal?

exhilarating? unforgettable? about being in a roofless stadium filled with ecstatic people, each with a light stick, all synchronized together as the beat drops and fireworks shoot off. I can’t believe I was able to have such a phenomenal experience. I will never forget it for the rest of my life. Being a fan of TWICE has truly been the greatest blessing of my life. I’m still in shock so it’s difficult to process right now. Thank you. Seriously, thank you.
