can u write a fic where all the stuff that happens in the book post movie theater was actually nightmare of Ponyboy's from where he falls asleep in the lot with Johnny. So Johnny is alive and when he gets home to an angry Darry, he doesn't run off. Doesn't have to be long.
I hope this made sense 😅

- Darry would make them all show up like an hour early so they could get the best seats
- Darry would ALSO make everyone get dressed up in nice clothes. Two-Bit would try to leave in a Mickey Mouse shirt and he would be like “UHM GO CHANGE 😡”
- Soda and Johnny (Yes I refuse to believe he’s dead in my world) probably cried when Pony walked to go get his diploma in a happy way.
- They all got up and started SCREAMING when Pony walked on stage (Everyone walks on a stage right??? Thats how my high school is lol)
- Two-Bit probably shouted “I KNOW HIM!!!”
- Pony is MORTIFIED and starts laughing uncomfortably and is like “STawP uR emBarRiSinG mE 😡✋”
- Speaking of Pony, he most likely graduated an honors student (goals) and is probably going to a semi local college on a good scholarship
- I hc him to study sociology (don’t ask why it’s just what my brain told me)
- Darry would be in his proud dad era and taking photos of him with his dads old Polaroid camera
- They booed whenever a Soc’s name was said
- After the ceremony they all went back to the Curtis house and PARTIED
- They made a nice special chocolate cake for this occasion and when they go to get it from the freezer, all the icing is smeared. Nobody admits to swiping the icing (It was Two-Bit, Steve, and Soda 💀)
- Dallas (Same case with Johnny 😭) probably wanted him to start working at Bucks bar to get some money but Soda and Darry were like “NO 😡✋ MY SON IS GOING TO COLLEGE”

Ahhhhh is nobody going to talk about this?! There is The Outsiders musical coming out March 16 and there is a bunch of original music filmed! This song in particular is just…wow. It’s sung from the actor who will play Ponyboy and WOW is his voice amazing. (Brody Grant) The lyrics of this song too…just wow it’s great! Can’t wait for the full musical to come out!

You're missing these key moments in your kids' childhood because you can't accept that they are trans. These good memories are slipping through your fingers because you can't come to turns with the fact that your kid is trans.
