Tempest and Jason Grace are such an underrated Pegasus/demigod duo.

It's the fact that Jason claimed Tempest as his hourse/companion in the very beginning of his journey, and basically died falling off of Tempest's back just hits hard.

It's the fact that Tempest also went searching for Jason's body and brought it back to Malibu.

It's the fact that Tempest flew off after his master's death, never to be seen again.

percy was a 12 year old who only wanted his mom, luke was 19 and wanted revenge for his mom, they are truly two sides of the same coin

I love how percy is always gonna be aware and maybe even have nightmares about what if that had happened to his mom, what if that happened to him and not luke, would he have made the same choices? all percy wanted was to go home and be with his mom, but luke saw that and took advantage like you gotta remember, in the books when percy got to camp luke was his only friend before his quest along with grover, percy probably had nightmares about his mom and cried to luke about how all he wanted was to save her..

luke always had the right ideas but never how to execute them, if percy had joined him so would annabeth, and then they would have won, i couldve done sm better than luke at taking over the world omfg

so yk how like jason died after leo came back, how much do you think leo blamed himself? like man was NOT okay after that, leo tried to trick the fates and got his best friend skewered, like how much you think that hurt him

Annabeth with the trust issues and abandonment issues and learning she has to earn love, and percy, the biggest mamas boy, who grew up learning love was unconditional and his fatal flaw is loyalty, annabeth is smart in logic, and everything but being at camp her whole life she isnt super updated on like social norms, percy who isnt super booksmart because, at yancy atleast, he couldnt read very well so he probably gave up in there, he has a habit of causing explosions in school so science is a no go, and his math teacher tried to kill him, he was more focused on the streets, he was never popular in school but lets be real he definitely still knew how to act

like i feel like first they would make the gods turn against each other, cant focus on the demigods if they’re focused on fighting each other maybe Rachael faking a prophecy or something with the help of Apollo saying the gods turning on

like annabeth making the plans on how each one could fall, this time without fail because instead of the demigods being used my a higher power (like luke having to serve kronos) they serve themself, like rachel would be all in if apollo was on their side, nico and will too, maybe nicos kinda hesitant because of his dad not being a horrible parent, but in pjo, hades was just gonna sit back and let the olyimpians die, nico had to convince him to help,

(in this au no dead jason i couldnt handle that) but those kids are so insanly strong, they were the prophesied 7 for a reason and i love the idea because will didnt really get many abilities from his father, only getting healing and glowing, plague and illness powers would be sick for a dark au of them,

like just thinking about it logically the seven could totally do it, striking zues first, without letting anyone outside the plans know because then they would be able to prepare, with the king of the gods dead the other olympians would panic, then the next to fall would probably be ares or Poseidon, because the death of him would basically uncap percys powers, Athena would have to go early on too so they cant plan, then the rest slowly,

pipers charmspeak getting more and more powerful, hazel being able to control the mist way easier, so much power with the two of them, i think the seven could totally beat the olyimpians, giving a few mercy (like apollo if he joined them which he probably would after his time as lester, and maybe artemis but idk who she would side with, but assuming she sides with apollo which means she sides with the seven, )they would win because the seven arent trying to kill mortals and rule the world, they want to save the world from the gods, even if it means killing them
