So. My family is getting evicted from our apartment, and as you can imagine we haven’t got a lot of money to go around right now! This would already be a lot to deal with no matter what, but here’s some more explanation of our situation:

Getting kicked out has been kind of a looming threat for a while because we’ve been living in extremely cramped and unsanitary conditions. I’m living with my mom and my brother right now — without going too far into specifics, my mom is very mentally ill, and it’s gotten a lot worse over the past few years to the point where she doesn’t really clean up after herself or practice proper hygiene. My brother, who I share a room with, is pretty much the same, but to make matters worse he’s pretty openly alt-right and has straight up told me on multiple instances that he wants me to kill myself for being trans. So. Not ideal as you might imagine! And to give an idea of what I mean about them not taking care of themselves: pretty much every time I try to clean up anything I find actual shit caked on the walls and floor. It’s a very stressful and upsetting place to be in.

Beyond that, again, we’re really not doing well financially. The place we’re getting kicked out of is only $925 a month for rent, but my mom has been having to take significant chunks out of both my paycheck and her own mom’s bank account to afford the cost of living here. [also, while I’m not against contributing what I do it’s generally being taken out without my consent too]

My goal right now is to be able to financially support my family as much as possible while also taking the steps to become independent ASAP because like. this is hard to deal with man. The IDEAL situation for me right now is to go live with my dad but we’re in Wisconsin and he’s in Alabama so I have no idea how feasible that is lol.

I’m a lot rustier now with art but here are some examples of what I can do from a couple of years ago. If you want to be getting something in exchange for your money I can whip you up anything you want, just know it’ll probably be a little less polished than these and it might take a little bit.
