This is the end!

Today is the last day of my elective course. Today is the day when I finished my essay and I can make some summaries about the last 3 months and things that I learn during that time. It was a hard and very demanding time. My brain was challenged many times. I learned a lot about marketing and design as well as companies and solutions. But the most important thing for me is what I learned about myself. And I learned a lot. I learned that sometimes it is hard and you need to face it. I learned that sometimes, even if you want really hard, you are not able to do things. I learned how your ambitions hurt when you fail. But I also learned that even if sometimes you are giving up, it is not mean that you are worse than other or you are not good enough. Sometimes you just need to do it in order to keep your mental health on top of everything. It is hard to accept defeat. But you need to always look at the bright side of it. Maybe sometimes you give up, but this failure can bring you more than any other fight you would have. After all, I regret only one thing. That I gave up so late, I wasted my time being mad at myself. I should make it sooner because as a result, I learned a lot about Lean Thinking and Industry 4.0 which were much more interesting than any other paper! :)

Find the right spot on the market. 

Target group we can simply described as all the people who are willing to pay for the goods or services you are providing them with. First step in making your own business is to described what target group are you planning to go with in order to make success. This is something each company should consider very well to find the place for their products somewhere in the market. You can make it with perceptual map which will help place your brand towards other companies in the market. All you need to do is find relevant needs you are trying to fulfil with your products, take all the companies who are providing similar products and place them on the chart. When you will make it you can easily see what place on market is not used and you can simply go for it. Then you can be sure that your company is in some ways unique and can provide services on the level that the certain target group was not fulfilled with.

3 Core elements every successful company should have

One of the things that every brand need to think of it 3P's. What is that and what purpose it has?

Brand Promise

Everything that brand has to offer to the customer that is unique and special.

2. Communication way

How the brand is communicating with the customers in connection to place the brand in certain way in customers minds.

3. Delivering the promise

After brand will promise something and position themselves in customers minds they need to met the expectations they create.

Very simple theory but also very important to remember. Every brand should take their time to create 3P in their companies and what most important try to fulfil it fully!

Process Mapping

As I am preparing the final paper for my elective course this semester I am coming back to the things we made during the lectures. One of them is process mapping which helps us with identifying problems during a certain process. Sometimes it even guides us toward possible solutions. 

To start process mapping we need to identify the reason for it, what we want to achieve, and what problems occur now. After that, we can start to collect detailed information about the process. Next, we can draw the process. By doing it we can see what is happing step by step during the process. Then we can identify mistakes and also find solutions or better ways to do this. 

When I was preparing myself to present journal paper that I got in Digital Track classes I learn a lot about Industry 4.0 and Lean Thinking. It was nice subject to read as well as to talk about.

After last classes from design I got some nice hints and ideas of how to handle with my case. Very refreshing and inspiring time. Now, all I need to do is just put all of my ideas into some "prototype" of how I want it to look like. And that is the hardest part!

Trying to figure out how to improve customer service!

When I saw the frustration of my fiancee trying to, again and again, contact the bank and solve the problem he had I decided to check if only he has this problem or maybe other customers confront with this as well?

Then I saw all the bad reviews and I knew that my fiance is not exaggerating! That's how my journey started. But it is not as easy as I thought it would be so now I am spending my holidays trying to find ANY solutions.
